1.25 acres with access to a walking trail by the aqueduct and all stores nearby within 5 minutes. This private camping spot is located on a vacant lot in a rural area of Palmdale, with a short 5-minute drive to supplies and conveniences. The property has non-potable water, a fire pit, and a small wood shed equipped to comfortably sleep two people. There is also plenty of space for an RV (no hookups) or camping tents. Enjoy spectacular views of the freeway, city lights, the aqueduct, and Palmdale Lake. Additional amenities include a bench and a portable toilet.Site has an accommodated shed with finish drywall , no electricity nor water, no Heather no a/c inside only provides shelter. Has spectacular view to the city situated on a high end rural area privately owned There is a picnic table, fire pit , water (non potable ) portable restroom, generator, concrete driveway for one car and plenty of space for 10 cars or an rv (no hook up for rv)
