RV unit is a brand new 2024 Coleman Lantern 17B with AC/fireplace heater and sleeps 5! Access to a private hiking trail that overlooks the community of Three Rivers. 2 mini donkeys on property available for a feeding tour :) 39 degree Plunge cold tub also available at an additional cost!RV site is behind the garage on the corner of the lower property. Parking spots are available in front of the garage. Please be mindful of the animal pasture and driveway lights.
