Conveniently located close to several popular Arizona destinations. Find yourself just 30 minutes from Sedona and only a couple of minutes from the heart of Jerome, an iconic old west mining town that has been revitalized by artists and foodies. Nearby Cottonwood (10 minutes) has all of your modern amenities.
To get here, you are just 2 hours from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
This property is a sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation... AND... exciting adventures and activities. As your host, I invite you to activate all of your senses and we offer a wide variety of amenities and experiences. We cater to all ages and have a bit of something for everyone to enjoy. Lay in a hammock, soak in a claw foot tub, gaze at the stars and moon, paint the bus, and enjoy a fireside evening. Take advantage of Chef Alison's culinary offerings and bring your experience to the next level, creating once in a lifetime memories without needing to leave the property or lift a finger.30 foot converted school bus with king size bed, small refrigerator and freezer, couch, and storage space. Outside bar sitting area next to the bus, and a short walk to the toilet, sink and bathtub in the nearby cottage.
The land is mountainous with the canyons all around. The sunsets are amazing with Sedona in the distance and the stars at night are incredibly bright. ✨️
The land is quiet, a sanctuary minus the occasional bikers that you hear heading to Jerome. Just 5 minutes away you can explore a city that was once mined then saved by the artists and some say it's haunted.
Outside the bus, hang out un a hammock or read a book next to the gas fire pit we provide separately as an amenity. We have several outdoor seating areas next to the bus.
The bus has air con ams is 30 feet long. It is mainly a space to sleep but also had a couch un the front.
It is new listing on hipcamp in Arizona but the bus was a 5 star in Hipcamp In WA state as well as Airbnb over the last few years.
Our aim is helping other connect in a sacred space, to chill and make your own drram adventure with the amenities. Many people travel to Sedona and this space is a great way to see the Rocks at a distance as the views are infinite.
