If you're visiting the Grand Canyon, the historic Route 66 town of Williams, known as the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon," is just minutes away. Nearby attractions include Bearizona, the Grand Canyon Railway, Deer Farm, Sunset Crater Volcano, Arizona Snowbowl, Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, Out of Africa, Camp Verde Railroad, Havasupai Falls, Grand Canyon Caverns, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. We're centrally located for exploring them all.
The Loft is nestled among 40- to 80-foot Ponderosa pines with direct access to Spring Valley, its large pond, and the foothills of the Sitgreaves Mountains. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, 4WD roads, birdwatching, and the nearby Lava River Cave.
This private, secure loft sits above three unused bedrooms that will eventually become a four-bedroom rental. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, a heated hand-carved aspen queen bed, a private deck off the bedroom, a wood stove with complimentary firewood, a balcony, dining nook, breakfast bar, and a well-stocked kitchen with cookware and basic spices.
Originally developed in 1990 by the Wrigley family of Chicago Cubs and chewing gum fame, the property became known as "The Wrigley Ranch."
Whether you're escaping the heat of Phoenix, Lake Havasu, or Las Vegas, planning a romantic getaway, adventure vacation, or honeymoon, The Loft offers a peaceful forest retreat. Thanks to the cool mountain climate, air conditioning is rarely needed. Complimentary amenities include firewood for the wood stove and outdoor fire pit, plus BBQ tools.
Friendly dogs are welcome—we've hosted more than 1,000 canine guests! This is a NO SMOKING SUITE indoors. OUTDOOR SMOKING AREA: Concrete areas and around the outdoor fire pit. NO BUTTS IN FIRE PIT nor to the ground ever. Dispose of smoked butts in cans or bottles.
PROPANE/GAS BBQ is available to you for your exclusive use. FIRE PIT ready for you, unless bans are put in place by authorities. Bring your firewood or buy here ($10 per 12 pcs).
On site we offer horseback riding, 4WD Tours, and Target Shooting at add'l cost. Meet our horses, goats, ducks and chickens and enjoy this historic ranch in the forest!
