We are located about a half mile off the main highway right out side of town. Back in our second driveway and enjoy our little bit of paradise. Hang out at the tiki bar and grill some burgers or sit on the beach and enjoy the sunshine. You can also sit by the goldfish pond and listen to the water run down the stream. You can end the night with a nice fire in the fire pit.. this site offers a little bit of everything, no need to go anywhere else you can have a nice getaway at the 107. Clean, well stocked, and private. Exactly what we needed to get away from this realtor’s crazy work life. Location is spot on for spending the day in nearby cities and enjoying quiet evenings in. The perfect solution to those who would prefer an upscale feel in a perceived camping environment. The only thing we would change would be sturdier chairs around the camp fire. Although, we did have a good laugh.

We had such a wonderful experience at this campsite! The location is peaceful and tucked away, making it feel private and cozy. At night we were able to enjoy a campfire, and the hosts went above and beyond by providing us with fresh eggs (including duck eggs) and firewood. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of helpful suggestions about the area.
We also enjoyed fishing in the small pond on the property and taking walks around the grounds. Our dog had the best time running free and exploring the nature around us. Everything about this place made us feel relaxed and connected to the outdoors.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We stopped at Michaels property for an overnight on our way out west.
The property is nested privately and out of the chaos of St. Louis which was a welcome sight.
The camp spot we stayed at overlooked a large mowed field with plenty of shade trees behind with 30amp and water.
Michael has a long hose and electric extension so no worries about reaching.
We felt very safe and the property was very quiet and well taken care of.
Michael welcomed us even though we were 2 hours late from our original ETA and guided us in and helped us get situated. The biggest thank you to him as we left a wallet in a nearby gas station bathroom and called him in a panic and he went and retrieved it and mailed it to us. Literally saved our 3 month long trip from disaster, 2 days in to it.

This trip couldn’t have been any better. Wendy has thought of absolutely everything inside the cabin and the land outside is incredible. So many extras: hot tub, games, beautiful sitting areas inside and out, walking trail, and more. The picture window in the cabin defies description. We had a perfect week. This property had a wonderful view. Michael met us at the entrance to his land. He made sure we had everything we needed to hook up to the electric. Water was available but we didn’t use it because we had enough water in our fresh water tank. It was really quiet there. He had several old style street lights so I could walk my dog safely in the dark. We would definitely stay there again.
