Great place to go unplug and relax. If you're tent camping, power and water availability depends on your location on the site. The owners are still developing the camping areas so this may change over time. There is a road near by but traffic is pretty light during the weekend. The bathroom was super clean (no spiders). A real plus for the wife. lol Like I said, the owners are still building this up. They have one little cabin completed (super nice inside), are working to finish the second, and have the foundation set for a third. I'm looking forward to visiting again to see the development over time

We only overnighted at Wendy Oaks. It was a great, easily accessed campground for us. I add that as we travel with a small trailer and a U-turn was necessary. The trees and lake made me feel like I was in a camp ground, Unfortunately it rained all night and we skipped the hike around the lake. Our site was gravel but level.

Our stay was pretty much what we were looking for - secluded, quiet, and comfortable. The best part was the staff. They were beyond just friendly and professional, but were also very accommodating. They gave us a side-by-side tour of the property, let us borrow a phone charger, and even offered us fishing poles and bait to use in the two beautiful ponds. If you are looking for something secluded and quiet where you can just relax and enjoy nature, we strongly recommend.

We really enjoyed having access to the beautiful creek. Exploring upstream and downstream was one of the highlights of our trip. We took our chairs and our coffee each morning and sat on the sandbar while the sun rose. It was very peaceful. Cooking over an open fire each night was also extremely enjoyable.

Weekend Trip to Creekside Container Cabin

I was in town for a few days working in Natchez and decided to book this cabin for a nature getaway, since I’d previously stayed in hotels and wanted a different experience. The drive to and from Natchez was easy and manageable. I stayed two nights, and the cabin had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC was ice-cold—perfect after a hot day outside. Zach went above and beyond by providing plenty of firewood and bottled water, which made the stay super convenient. I didn’t need to leave the cabin for anything. The location is very secluded; I didn’t see another person the entire time, yet I still felt completely safe. Zach stayed in regular contact throughout my stay, which made me feel especially secure and cared for as a solo traveler.
