The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. It sleeps 2 people very comfortably and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the HOT water in the HUGE, roomy shower along with the coziness it provided after each long day of trail riding. The trails were super close and since you are so close to the little store, everything you possibly could need is right there at your fingertips ( especially snacks) we will definitely be visiting again. The private, fenced off area around the firepit was an added hit!!

We even provide 1 bag of charcoal and 12 bottles of water for your convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find a country store offering deli options, pizza, and alcoholic beverages. Morrilton, Arkansas, is just a 20-minute drive away for additional amenities and attractions. Additionally, we offer 2 RV spots equipped with water, electricity, and sewer connections for those traveling with their own accommodations.

🍀Tiny home with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, half an acre in the quiet countryside of Scott, AR. Well water is the only water source. Restored claw-foot tub and new stainless appliances-a GE stove, Microwave, refrigerator, and LG washer and dryer. Two large loft areas are perfect for storage. A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants.
