Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Simply a spot to stop and stare at the natural beauty. Great views of Blanca Peak, not far from the dunes, and an amazing place to start a fire and stare at the stars after a long day when your horse and your cattle are your only companions.
The property is 2 acres but most of it has brush. We have an area that would fit about 6 vehicles and a couple of large tents. We also have a fire pit dug out.We don't offer much and it doesn't cost much. We cleared out brush to create space for vehicles and tents. Set up your base camp here for a couple of nights and save money while you explore the beauty that this are has to offer. We strongly recommend hiking through Zapata Falls and spending some time at the Sand Dunes. There is a Walmart approximately 20 minutes away to load up on supplies. Our only ask is that you clean up trash. Enjoy the site!
