It was an okay place to stop for the night and get some sleep. It wasn’t private enough for me. There was a camper right next to my site and a privacy structure that just didn’t do the job.

Not enough privacy for me.

We enjoyed the pretty site with River and creek nearby. We also really appreciated the nice bathhouse with plumbing! Kind of a treat for those who tent. Several little gathering areas with tables and chairs around. It was easy to find, George was a helpful host, and the drive was so beautiful over McClure pass. We went wine tasting all over Paonia - our favorite was Qutori.

Quiet, peaceful and secluded site. Site included a swing, patio table/chairs and fire pit. Some shade provided by trees and a small canal running by. The property and the bathroom/shower house were clean and well-attended. Outdoor shower was nice on a hot day!

Wow this spot was better than we expected! We loved the special touches like a table, chairs, fire pit, the bathroom and outdoor shower, which were amazing! There was enough room for our two tents. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

We did one night and it was perfect. We were able to visit the orchard next door for some live music, food, and great cider. The bathhouse was a great perk. Would definitely come back.

Excellent adventure. Great trees, river and canal. Sat with my feet in the water, smiling at all the baby turkeys. Our camp site was private, shaded and welcoming. The Hosts made us feel instantly at home. Isolation with nearby activities can't be beat. We are frequent campers ,and know what we like. This is it. See ya soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly! The bathroom was wonderful and clean. The campsites were free of sticks etc. and the retro chairs, picnic tables and metal artwork were really cool. We had plenty of space and having electric and water made the site even better. Being near restaurants, wineries, hiking, and a river to float created a perfect trip.

We loved our stay here at Riverwalk! George was a kind, attentive host, and our campsite was a gorgeous little nook. We would love to come stay again. Bath house is really well done too.

Glad to find a place last minute that allows pets. It was a lovely and cozy little place to stay during the fall season and still have a camp fire although it rained on us the next day. Loved that there was a bathroom and shower nearby as well.
