Golden Gate Canyon State Park, a mere 5 minutes down the road, offers trails for gravel biking, hiking, and mountain bike trail riding. Nearby attractions such as Dude's Throne for climbing and Dude's Fishing Hole for fishing add to the adventure. For more excitement, Blackhawk/Central City is a short 25-minute drive away, offering off-roading, mountain biking, gambling, and white water rafting. Additionally, Nederland, also 25 minutes away, boasts charming shops, great restaurants, and outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, and downhill skiing at Eldora. Gross Reservoir, a scenic 20-minute drive, provides opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Please note that due to high fire risk, campfires and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property or inside the camper.
