Camp on private land without close neighbors! Travel 20 miles to Fairplay or 1 hour to Breckenridge for dining or shopping or rough it in the wilderness. Enjoy the evenings in the mountains where the stars fill the sky and the leaves rustle in the breeze. Enjoy fishing on the surrounding lakes - Spinney Mountain Lake 37 minutes, Eleven Mile Reservoir 47 minutes, Antero Reservoir 36 minutes and Tarryall Reservoir 42 minutes. Surrounded by hiking trails for all levels and close to ATV trails. Bring your family, friends or both for a relaxing weekend!Site is 3-acres in neighborhood of privately owned mountain properties. There are several lakes nearby for fishing and hiking trails abound. Activities are all outside the neighborhood. ATV trails are nearby, but not allowed on public streets or on the property. There are no hookups, bathroom amenities or potable water available, Guests will need to be self-contained, take waste with them and leave no trace.
