This is one of the best camping sites I've stayed at in my life! The little cabin is great and the bed is comfortable , the river and beach area are great, nice firepit! So much space! Way beyond my expectations. Definitely will come back to the area and try to book this place again! Great hosts! Thanks for letting us stay!

This was an amazing camping spot! Gorgeous views all around. The cabin is pretty spacious for its size. There are several river access spots on the property. The campsites are spread out so it’s very private. The town only has a small general store that is a little pricey so be sure to bring all the supplies you need and fill up at a gas station around Grand Junction if you come from that way.
The views were amazing and we even got to view the comet Neowsie through a telescope Josy let us use! Absolutely amazing. The cabin was cozier than expected and had every we needed. A windstorm had blown the shower down but she brought us more water and a shower attachment to use. Wish we could've stayed longer!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. The pictures do it no justice. We had to leave a day early due to car issues but it was still so worth the drive there. Absolutely stunning. Running river is beautiful. Cabin is perfect and the bed is so comfy. It's like a dream!
If you’re considering staying here just do it. Cabin site by itself in the canyon with amazing views. Creek is maybe 50 yards away with plenty of room to roam. Host lives nearby and is extremely generous and welcoming yet did not bother us at all! Cabin itself is decent enough. It is capable of having power but the generator wasn’t functioning. Site has private port o potty. Plenty of space for parking, rvs, tents etc. Great spot with amazing scenery!
Staying at this cabin was the best spontaneous decision I’ve made! The views are breathtaking. The cabin is very spacious And sleeps two easily. The water is a short walk down from camp. The hammock is great to sleep in because it has a built in bug net. There was a fire ban but we had fun the whole time we were there. You can sit out in the field under the moonlight for hours. The cabin is under the trees and out in front is a wide open field where our pup played frisbee for hours. But make sure to bring bug spray!
Although my first site was double booked by HipCamp, Jody found me a really cool site with an amazing few. I loved it. Thank you Jody.
Jodi was so helpful and knows everything about the area. A few of us slept in the cabin and a few in tents. We literally just hung out and did nothing one day and it was still amazing. There are alot of bugs bring spray Jodi gave us some braclets which helped.

Picturesque, secluded, and exceeded all our expectations. Small cabin with grand views of the canyons, and the Colorado river is onsite, with small beach for swimming, fishing, and relaxing . We have a family of five, and everyone was super glad we made the trip.
Jody our host was super friendly, answered all our questions about Gateway, CO and recommended a great route to Moab. Also, we loved her style and she scored big points with our kids by leaving insect repellent bands and Jolly Ranchers :)
