While the site did offer spectacular views of pikes peak, we were a bit surprised by the close proximity to other campers. We didn’t need power and would have been happy to park/camp further on the edge of the property. In addition our site looked directly at a trailer with two jet skis. Those could have been easily relocated. We have stayed at other Hipcamps for half the price which offered more space, more privacy and hospitality then we experienced here.
We stayed here for the Perseid Meteor Shower and had a great time. Dana was a great hostess and was quick to answer any questions.
Gorgeous view and very quiet. Jason was a great host and I would recommend his property. Easy in and out with our 35ft rig and 50amp power was ready and available. He even let us hook up our water line.
I stayed at this hip camp for quite some time because of stuff that was happening. Not only with the host very accommodating and understanding but they were a lot of fun too because I was here for 4th of July. It's also in an awesome spot you can see pikes peak and if you have a telescope you can see Jupiter and Saturn 🪐 on the right night. Nonetheless I will certainly be back to stay here as these are great people!!
Wonderful night stay! Hosts, Dana and Jason couldn’t have been nicer Andy more helpful! Waking up to the fields and Pike’s Peak was perfect. We don’t like crowded campgrounds, and prefer the quiet and openness. We were so pleased with our stay.
If you are planning to camp in the area, or are passing through, you will not be disappointed…you will be pleased.
Jason and Dana were fantastic hosts! The view of Pike’s peak is breathtaking. The night was quiet and relaxing. The electrical hookups make this spot quite a bit better than most. Highly recommend!

From the moment we pulled onto the property we were warmly greeted and treated with respect and kindness. The hosts were friendly but gave us space and privacy. The land is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! The sunsets and peace and quiet made us never want to leave!!!
They were great host. Our kids got to see antelope in there back yard pretty cool. Beautiful view! We would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
