35 acres with access off highway 40, 14 miles to Steamboat Springs and the ski resort. Property is directly across from yampa river and the nature conservatory land. Large flat meadows in the front with wolf creek and trails on the west side of the property. Just a short 7 mile drive to Hayden and the Yampa Valley AirportNice large flat spot for rvs and tents, easy access from highway 40 with plenty of space in the field for privacy, depending on needs. Great River, canyon and cliff views from anywhere on the property. Eagles and osprey flying over the river with deer and elk on the property frequently make for a beautiful setting but close to town

We winter camped to snowboard at steamboat springs. It was a great option during the peak of the season. If there’s lots of snow you will want a car that can make it through unplowed roads
