Upper Ojai/Santa Paula Camping
My girlfriend and I stayed 1 night at Ross's spot for a day of hiking + Ojai exploration. We enjoyed an incredible sunset from the yoga platform. Awesome little sanctuary that I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The site was nice and Ross was great in communicating with me about arrival and other aspects of the site. The yoga platform was a great touch and I enjoyed using it at sunset. Just watch where you step or set up a tent since there are some prickly seeds around.

Upper Ojai/Santa Paula Camping
Ross was a great host and extremely responsive and accommodating. This was a really nice option for us when we learned that none of the parks and forests could accommodate campers. The space is large and the scenery is nice, although there are no dedicated areas or zones for camping on the property, it's just a big open space, and no privacy when there are multiple groups. I imagine this would be an ideal place to park your van and sleep if you are a surfer or have other daytime plans. If you are going to pitch a tent, bring a very heavy tarp to protect against the goat thorns.

Lovely stay!
Ross was wonderful!
The site is great and all you need if you have your camping gear.
Beautiful sunrise and the yoga platform is a delight. Was only a 20 minute drive to the ocean. Hope to stay again soon!
Some stars at night and from the yoga platform the creek sounds are relaxing. Everything Hipcamp is all about. Highly recommend!

Upper Ojai/Santa Paula Camping
Ross's property was safe and a great place to car camp overnight when we were passing through to catch a show at Santa Barbara Bowl. It was the perfect location between the concert and Riverside where we headed the following day. My son discovered the skate park a few minutes away. Flight 126 Cafe at the airport was a beautiful spot for a quick breakfast.
