Welcome to my home: My Dad moved here when I was 4, and lived here til he passed away, so this land is very special to me. I've been rebuilding the structures and pouring my heart and soul into it since September of 2019, and I'm very proud of how far it's come. It's definitely a labor of love, and I truly believe I'll be making additions here for the rest of my life. People have been camping in the meadow in the summers since the 1950's, and I'm happy to carry on the tradition, by opening it up to you. There was a fire on the property in 1901 which cleared out the forest and left the burnt out stumps which you'll see by the shower. There's one old growth redwood on the property, behind the glampy tent, but everything else in roughly 120 years old. EXTRAS: If I'm around, I can show you the trails on the property. Extra blankets and towel rentals are available for a small fee, when available.

So many stars, so close to 101

Kimberly’s tent set up, fire pit in clearing under stars and extremely convenient location were perfect. Tent is big and space is beautiful inside and out- and dehumidified, which is awesome. It stayed ~50ish degrees, so an extra sleeping bag may be useful. To other reviewers’ mention of the outdoor shower in the redwoods being awesome - um, yes. It is quite close to another cottage on the property, so clear-ish walls gave me pause, but after hot water started in trees, I didn’t care about anything. Portajohn was immaculate. Careful pulling in at night. Border of cut branches as parking guides are invisible after dark.

The tent was a cozy, warm place to land after a day full of adventuring. The bed was really comfortable and the outdoor showering was amazing. The water got hot quickly and stayed at temperature. 10/10 recommend!

Loved this tent! It wasn’t too far from the road/restaurants, but still felt so secluded! It rained while we were there, but the heater kept us nice and warm! The outdoor shower is nice and steamy! Thank you Kimberly for the great stay!!

Absolutely loved the shower, nestled into a grove of big redwoods. Very special. Easy to find and get settled, even though we arrived after dark. All was as expected. We had a lovely stay here.

Cute, dry, and warm!

Very cute and there is electrical outlets and heat! We stayed in early January and although it was not particularly cold, it was a wet and muddy day and the heater was a fantastic surprise.
