Studio 108 ~ Goleta ~The Goodland!
Amy studio is perfect location for our needs. East access to hiking, beaches, Santa Barbara downtime, as well as the cruise over to Solvang, my dog loved the property. Shower hot , bathroom all outside but clean and functional. It’s is more of a glamping experience, beautiful seating area feel like your in the wilderness and close to stores, groceries and could make it a wonderful camping experience. Her host neighbor was helpful in getting us situated and provided useful information as well insight on the property, yes highly recommend, enjoy, cheers…

Studio 108 ~ Goleta ~The Goodland!
I'll preface this review by saying that we are both avid campers, and welcomed the idea of sleeping in a studio apartment with outdoor facilities. We read the post and reviews thoroughly and packed accordingly. I will say that the inside of the studio is lovely. The bed was comfortable and we slept great.
Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities lacked cleanliness and the beautiful outdoor furniture in the pictures had been stowed away and covered. The sink was dirty enough that we would have felt more comfortable if we had brought our own wash bin, soap, and sponge. The plates and cutlery were also filthy since they were stored outside. Spider webs covered everything- In order to turn on the sink, empty the bucket below, use the toaster oven, or even enter the toilet/shower, you had to put your hand in a multitude of spider webs. We are both accustomed to composting toilets but this one seemed to be leaking slightly from the bottom and sitting on it for only a few minutes left your body touching it moist. We were also expecting a little more privacy for the outdoor shower but found that the multi-story house across the street would have no problem seeing us when we opened the door.
All of this to say, we agree we would have been far more comfortable just finding a campsite instead of having to rely on these facilities that lacked cleanliness and privacy- especially considering how much it costs to stay there.

Great deal near Santa Barbara
This site is exactly like described. It is near Santa Barbara and reasonable. You can have up to four people with you. The shower is outdoors and so is the toilet but both are blocked off and private. Very enjoyable morning shower with the sun hitting you outdoors. The hosts are friendly and shared homegrown fruit and homemade fruit roll ups. Even though it says noise restrictions start at 10 PM there is a fire pit to use and chairs for you to sit outside past 10PM as long as you keep the noise down. Beautiful night sky and temperatures to enjoy the evening at a great rate for being this close to SB. Parking in the house driveway is very convenient and safe. Enjoy your stay here.

Great Vibe Here!
The vibe here is fantastic! The studio is clean and comfortable with a friendly, high vibrational atmosphere.
The garden area is full of lush plants, fruit trees, and flowers.
The outdoor shower has heat (with clear instructions on how to turn the heat on) and the composting toilet is easier to use than I expected.
The location is super convenient to UCSB.

Private and cute
Amy’s land is a cool glamping experience where you’re tucked away in a little oasis with a comfy bed while just 10 minutes away from Isla Vista. The compost toilet and outdoor shower were simple to use. Despite being connected to the main house, we felt like we had total privacy. We didn’t cook while we were there but there was also a camp stove available to use and mini fridges in the room.
