Cozy Bunk House w/ Luxury Tent

This rustic tiny house with a Deluxe Luxury Tent tucked back in a private greenbelt includes beautiful views of the Carmel Valley, 8 full beds, private outdoor seating with propane fire pit and BBQ grill. Included: Coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster. Shared bathhouse with hot showers, toilets and basic pan washing sink are just steps away from your site. Sleeps 6-10

On site seasonally heated pool (end of May- end of Oct).

Saddle Mountain Ranch, RV Park and Campground is located on 89 acres of forest land off Carmel Valley Road, just 5 miles from HWY 1.

The Bunk House has 2 bunk sets (full) and heating. The Luxury Tent has 1 bunk set (full) and 2 full size beds with heated blankets. 

The rental base price includes 6 people; any additional people are billed at $10 per person per night on top of the base price. 

This rental includes parking for 2 cars. If more cars need to be parked, a parking permit may be obtained at the front desk for $30, 1 additional vehicle max.

The park is an eco-friendly resort and mindful of the beauty that surrounds us. To that end, each cabin is stocked with enough towels for the number of guests booked. Additional towels will be available for a fee.

On site seasonally heated pool (seasonally), private hiking trail, playground, Foosball table and more. No refund for inclement weather during the Winter months.

We provide a Wi-Fi Deck at the Park. We ask that there is no streaming at the Park so we can share Wi-Fi with all our guests.
