We loved camping here! Beautiful site, great fire pit, beautiful views of snow capped peaks and surrounded by the beautiful Joshua Trees! Excellent communications from David too!!

Wilhart Crossing was private and secluded and we loved our time there! Unfortunately the rain cut our trip short but I can't wait to go back and enjoy the serenity and solitude! Thank you David for being a great host.

Serene camping amongst Joshua Trees
I really enjoyed my camping stay here! The location was the best part, nestled in a joshua tree forest. The views all around were amazing! The camp site was clean and you can tell it's looked after and taken care of. The picnic table and fire ring with the stumps stools were such a nice touch and made the site very comfortable. The directions to the site were clear and it was easy to find. The space felt secluded and safe. It felt nice to be "remote"camping without it being desolate. Super scenic. Couldn't be happier with this site, thank you so much!

Loved this site - will be back!
David’s site was awesome! We got there about an hour before sunset and the skies were like swirled cotton candy.
Beautiful, large space for 4 people and 2 cars - 2 of us slept in the truck bed and 2 of us comfortably slept in a tent as there was plenty of flat ground to work with. Fire pit and picnic table were perfect as well. We would’ve froze without the fire as it got pretty cold that night.
Full moon was shining bright and the vibes were high!
11/10 would come back to this site! ✨😊
*The only small note was that a young dirt biker was riding right next to the camp around sunset hour. The track is only a few feet from some spots of the site and I had to be sure to hold onto my dog so that she didn’t get run over! My brother kindly asked him to go a different route after saying “you’re totally ripping!” and he was totally fine with it.

Everything we wanted!
We had the most wonderful time at this site! You are far from any other people & it’s so quiet and pretty at night! We loved that we could bring our dog and also that we could have a fire. We will definitely stay again!
