Inspired by our love of all things Americana and the beautiful Appalachia, the Adirondack Camper will fit you like your favorite faded jeans. Every inch of it has been finished with the loving attention to detail, from old barnwood to panel the interior to travertine tiles in the new shower and bathroom. We finished it off with distressed wood flooring. The outside seating area is surrounded with original ranch fence posts to create a semi-private patio complete with barbecue, fire pit and mountain views. We love it and hope you will too!
The camper will comfortably sleep 4 adults on two queen size beds, one of them being a pull out couch. Flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster are all provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. Bed sheets, towels, blankets, and dish towels are ready for your use. The trailer also has a WiFi internet, cooling system, and an outside area with outdoor furniture. We also provide one-use supply of charcoal briquettes, to get you set up for your grilling, and you can buy firewood at our office.
The rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, one parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT). We can also accommodate an extra car, if needed, in our overflow parking. Please message us prior to booking with dates you're hoping to stay with us, so we can enable the "Extra Vehicle Fee" option for you.
We're a family owned RV Park & Campground located on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir. Together with our crew, we're excited to welcome you into our home. We believe in campfires, starry nights, good laughs, exploration, a deep sleep and an early rise. The mountains are a place to get back to basics, a place to explore, to breathe. So turn off your phone and turn on your senses. When you arrive, we won’t hand you a list of rules but we may ask you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation.
It’s important to us that our guests don’t feel they are renting a camper as much as they’re immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lounge outside and read for days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities available in the area, such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards and so much more. Do you enjoy bird watching? There are hundreds of different species right here at Paradise Shores, which is located on a major bird migration route.
We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet; however, we encourage our guest to “unplug” and immerse in the slow pace life instead. If you come to stay with us over the weekend, you'll be welcome to join us around the campfire and connect with fellow campers (we have bonfires on most Saturdays, weather permitting). We're the best fit for campers who appreciate a safe space with a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and are keen to embrace community vibe and meet others.
Please note that the water level varies greatly, based on the snow pack and time of year and will be low when there's a little snow in the winter. Typically, the lake’s edge will recede as the season progresses. So, if you are coming later in the season (late August onward), you should expect the water level to be lower. Swimming isn't available, particularly in late July onward. We recommend the nearby Twin Lakes just off Bridgeport if you would like to go for a swim, while you're welcome to use our complimentary kayaks and SUP on the reservoir. We get awesome sunsets and sunrises over the Sawtooth Ridge nonetheless!
We hope Paradise Shores becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes, and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie are all within a short drive from here.
Please note, our minimum stay requirements in the Adirondack camper varies through the season, based on remaining available dates and our enhanced cleaning schedule.
Occasionally, we relax the minimum at short notice (within a week or so prior to the date) and based on availability, please ask.

The Adirondack trailer was perfect for us, our toddler, and our baby. Overall, Veronika and Alan were incredibly helpful and available. The communal facilities were perfect for our extended group to gather and play. The views from the property alone were worth it but with the personal touches from our hosts, the variety of activities for all, and the overall calmer vibe of the guests, it was a lovely stay.
Very clean, comfortable and fun place to stay. There were a lot of forest fires affecting air quality and access to National Parks and hiking trails but I felt very supported by the hosts as they communicated local restrictions and checked in to make sure we were ok.
We had amazing time at Paradise Shores Camp. We are not an outdoorsy couple so this was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy nature. It was a close drive to twin lakes and june loop lakes where we went boating and fishing. It was an hour drive from yosemite so we got the chance to hike there as well. The RV site was well equipped and maintained which made our stay very comfortable after a day of activities. Veronika was easy to contact and attentive to our needs. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back with our fur babies.

The Entire Team for Paradise Shores was amazing. The site is just beautiful with so many activities to do. The common area bathrooms have a key pad lock which just makes you feel safe. There are other camp sites around but they are spaced out pretty good.
I definitely recommend this site to anyone who wants to glamp it.
We absolutely loved staying here, the location is beatiful and also very convenient if you want to go to Mono Lake or Yosemite National Park. Our personal highlight were the hot springs closeby, really something special ! Our hosts were very accommodating and extremely nice, the camper is beautiful and makes you feel right at home - we would stay there again any time. Thanks for the great time!
