2nd time staying here and the kids had a great time again! Last time it was all about the goats. This time they had bunny fever. A good part of the time was spent in the rabbit paddock snuggling all the little ones and naming them. By the end of the trip they wanted to take one as a souvenir. And we wanted to bring Warner (one of the dogs on property to protect the other animals) home with us as well. He slept outside our tent one night while Bonnie slept nearby the other campers.
We came out this time for our sons birthday and now our daughter wants to come back for hers in the spring.

Very nice place! The Animals were friendly there where dogs that roam the property and come for pets. The goats walked in about out of our campground and even let us pet them.

Had a great time staying with Sean, Ty, Jake, and all their animals. When we arrived to our site, the chickens and goats, and turkeys were roaming around. The kids eyes lit up with excitement!
We had a large area to set up our tent and supplies. In the space, they had a picnic bench, fire pit, a couple chairs and a hammock. There was also a hose nearby for the inflatable pool we had brought. (It was in the high 90’s during the day)
In the barn there were cats with kittens, ducks, a mama pig with her piglets and more turkeys. In the side pen there were two large pigs who roamed freely all day Saturday. They were very friendly and loved scratches.
In the evenings, the kids loved helping round up all the animals and put them away in their sleeping areas and feed them. The kids were really sad when we had to leave and I’ll be talking to a few of my friends who have kids about coming back in a group for a long weekend.

This place was SO much fun. Everyone in the family wants to go back again in the future. The owners are so kind and great with kids. They open up the barn in the morning and let the animals out and everyone gets the chance pet and play with them. The kids loved the Zipline, swings, and play area. Tent sites are leveled which is a big plus! Bring TP just in case you need it. DEFINITELY BRING EAR PLUGS! The animals are loud but we were prepared with ear plugs and it didn't bother us a bit. The views are amazing in the area. Be prepared for no cell reception in the area except maybe spotty Verizon coverage. The animals were all very friendly (except for a goat or two). This is our favorite hipcamp site so far!

Our family of four had an amazing stay at Loomerland. This is not a typical camping experience like that of a state park, it is much much more. Sean and his wife were so welcoming and willing to answer questions about the farm and animals. They have set up some nice sites, some with hammocks, some near the barn, some on the other side of the property are near swings, picnic benches, a kids ninja warrior ropes course, a kids zip line. I believe they also have a lap pool, though we were so busy we didn’t get to that!

The spot we were in was right near the barn, with ducks, cats, chickens, pigs, goats, turkeys, bunnies. We had pigs and dogs coming to visit our campsite. We really didn’t even dig into our box of stuff for around the campsite because the kids were so entertained and exhausted by all the things around them.

They have all sorts of options, they have a clamping tent and spots for larger groups. Facilities are well maintained and Sean is super helpful answer questions.

My kids will for sure be eager to go back and I will be telling friends about this place.

Loomerland Ranch was fantastic!! I camped in a tent spot with my two boys and we had an absolute blast! Its a great for kids they have lots of animals all of which are kid friendly and they will even let you pet/hold most of them. They also have an obstacle course and zipline for the kids. Sean was the best camp host we've ever had. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back for sure.
Also they sell fresh eggs!
