Locus Solus
Beautiful spot on top of a ridge. No neighbors you can see, just ranges of forested hills to the East. No hiking trails but a really sweet spot to spend the night! Paul was very welcoming

Octagon
The octagon is a stunning piece of architecture and the setting is breathtaking. The views out of the large windows and doors are like paintings actually. The setting is perfect for morning yoga and Point Arena in general is the perfect place to enjoy your weekend dose of vitamin sea. I particularly liked the stand alone kitchen bath house building and the attached sitting garden. The shower has great hot water pressure!

Octagon
This was our first time visiting Mendocino, and we can't say enough wonderful things about our experience at the Octagon. The Octagon is architecturally stunning and blends seamlessly into the beautiful surroundings of the property. It was such a comfortable stay with all necessities covered. Remote feeling while also being a 5 minute drive from the charming town of Point Arena and coastal scenery. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and Gorgeous Views
Had a wonderful stay at the campsite. Wonderfully secluded, peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by gorgeous views. It was also a few minutes from the nearby town amenities-restaurants, markets, etc.

Lovely
The campsite was peaceful and secluded, perfect for our decompressing getaway. S & B Market is only 4 miles away in Manchester, CA to restock on our provisions. Paul is an amazing and gracious host and was a lifesaver when our car broke down and he thoughtlessly drove us to the nearest town for a rental car! Thank you so much Paul for your extraordinary hospitality, we will definitely be back!
