Nominated one of the best Hipcamp glamping sites to visit in the US. Our certified organic, certified humane, regenerative agriculture farm is located in Gazelle, CA. We’re a short, picturesque, 15 minute drive from Interstate 5. Our Hipcamp site is approximately 25 minutes from the town of Mt. Shasta, CA.

Rocky Mountain Elk, Golden Eagles, barn owls, cattle, and pigs all call our farm home.

Whether you enjoy fishing, hiking, or just like to experience the outdoors, a lifetime of exploration awaits you in the adjacent national forests. If you ever wished to hike a portion of the Pacific Crest Trail, or explore the more wild parts of Northern California, a number of wilderness areas are within a 2 hour drive of the farm. Siskiyou County and the rivers that run through the area are known for world-class fly fishing. To the north, Ashland, OR is an hour drive if you enjoy fine-dining, wine tasting, or theater. Ashland is home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We do provide a list of recommended local dining options, grocery stores, and easy hikes to enjoy the area as part of your stay.

With views of Mt. Shasta, enjoy a night under the Milky Way.

Our canvas tents sit on a 12’x14’ platform. Each tent is furnished with two double-beds with all bedding provided, a leather backed chair, cowhide throw rugs, as well as a battery powered lantern. Tents can accommodate 2-4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Due to our site’s capacity, do not exceed four persons in each tent.

Under our gazebo you’ll find our communal meal prep area which has a counter for prep, a hot plate with two burners, as well as an outdoor sink (please clean up your cooking essentials & food after each meal as everyone shares this space).

Our grilling area, adjacent to our gazebo has three Traeger Grills (pellets provided), and two Santa Maria outdoor grills for charcoal wood fire.

Guests are required to bring their own cookware, and utensils.

We have three full-service restrooms with showers, toilets and sinks that are communal. Towels are provided as part of your stay. Our site is cleaned and sanitized Monday-Friday.

You’ll also have access to our orchard and greenhouse as part of our Hipcamp U-Pick program. All of our produce, and orchards are 100% organic.

We have electricity available under our gazebo to charge devices. Additionally, cell service on all major carriers is very good. In addition, we have a public wi-fi network suitable for any work that may accompany you to our farm.

We sell the meat that we raise on our certified organic farm. Choose from our 100% grass fed beef, as well as our certified organic pork. You can add your purchase as part of a Hipcamp Extra.

Our quiet hours are between 10:00pm - 6:30pm. We ask that you respect the peace, quiet and solitude that our farm offers.

We look forward to hosting you on our farm.

Awesome place! Really enjoyed the garden and it's in a very remote spot with some great views.

We had a wonderful one night stay! The fresh apples, berries, squash, onions, and herbs made for a tasty dinner and dessert. We would come again and bring friends but probably in the summer.. It was quite windy at night and kept my sweetie up from a good night's sleep, even the cows were mooing, but I slept like a log in the comfy bed! The views of Mt Shasta were beautiful!

Wow — honestly there are so many great things to say about Belcampo Farms, I don’t know where to begin. We arrived near sunset and we’re greeted by a stunning view of a purple-hued Mount Shasta in the distance. The grounds are absolutely impeccable. This is a very well run and highly organized farm. The tents were lovely, with their cowboy chic decor, clean white linens, and effective bug/mosquito nets (though I never saw a mosquito. Praise be!) We stayed at campsite #1 Katahdin and I highly recommend that location specifically. Bathrooms are very clean and well managed, though if you stay on a weekend they won’t be serviced while you’re there.

The most amazing part for us was probably the star gazing. I saw more stars in Belcampo than I have ever seen in my life, growing up in the Bay Area. More stars than even what I saw at Yosemite. Milky Way was easily visible and the stars were so bright and dense that they appeared to form a ceiling of light. Literally heaven! I cannot put it any other way.

I am happy to support a regenerative farm such as Belcampo (which is a rarity in our heavily industrialized landscape). Belcampo does it right and should stand as a guiding light post for all aspiring regenerative farmers.

Cows are not to blame for our climate woes. Belcampo proves that raising cattle and other animals can be done sustainably, with honor, while also improving the soil, and serving as a carbon sink. Animals are happy here, and treated well. Everything is beautifully in balance.

We cannot wait to visit Belcampo again in the future! We absolutely loved it there.

Great place to stay if you're ever in the area. Had a solo trip to visit the aurrounding areas of Mt. Shasta and this was a wonderful place to come back to. its 25-30 mins from local stores and restaurants and trails. I got to see many of the near-by falls & Pluto's cave. Their orchards had apples and berries and vegetable gardens had squash. Didn't buy any of the meats, but saw a couple enjoy cooking them in the grilling/cooking area. Enjoyed seeinf the cows in the morning and the view of Shasta. The beds comfortable and big, they had towels for the showers. The seperate restroom/shower were great amenities for this experience! everything was kept clean. Overall, its a great experience for anyone's adventurous itch :)

Amaaaazing place, beautiful location, highly recommended!
I first saw Michael’s property rental on someone’s Instagram profile and I was instantaneously hooked to the idea of glamping. I booked a tent as a birthday gift for my husband. I loved that the property/tents were surrounded by mountains. We saw stars and Milky way the night we arrived. It was amazing! Our tent was clean, well organized and exactly how it looked in the pictures.
Both my husband and I saw beautiful sunrises in the mornings, got to pick some apples from the orchard and spent a great weekend at Belcampo farms.

Great campsite—especially if you don’t want to worry about pitching a tent and having easy access to cooking. Awesome outdoor kitchen and of course amazing meat to purchase! Good central location to hit a lot of beautiful parts of Northern California and Oregon. It’s clean & quiet. I had the best night’s sleep in months here!

My one night stay was magical!! I was the only guest, and I wasn't sure how well I'd sleep out there on my own - just me and my squirrel buddy who got caught in a live trap. I slept so well! The tent is spacious and kept out any creepy crawlies, the bed and bedding were SO comfortable, and that stars were unbelievable. Michael is extremely responsive, cell service was great. Bathroom (there are three) was very clean, and the garden, orchard and greenhouse we so fun to explore. PS the peaches are super yummy, and I hope my squirrel friend was successfully relocated :-)

I can NOT say enough about this magical stay. My husband and I were on an Oregon/California road trip and this was one of the top highlights for us. The bed/sheets/pillows were great quality and I got some of my best travel sleep. The bathrooms were close by the tents and very clean. I really appreciated the towel hooks for my toiletry bag, towel, and clean clothes. We spent sunset and early morning walking the gardens and orchard. We cooked dinner out at the Gazebo and since we were the only guests that night (probably due to wildfire smoke in surrounding areas) so it was incredibly peaceful. during the day it was warm, so we headed down to Lake Siskiyou (recommendation we found in the laminated print out in our tent) for a swim and that added a whole other element to this dream-like stay. And the views! Everything about this location is incredibly well thought out and executed. I would love to return.
