ATTENTION: The Sequoia and Kings Canyon National parks are open as of June 4th. Also Lake Kaweah is open and river access is now available too - a car ride away. We are booking for our Corral campsite - NOT THIS CAMPSITE. We are not taking bookings for this bunkhouse campsite to be safer during this unending COVID-19 pandemic. So you can book our other CORRAL CAMPSITE- and will NOT be sharing the bathroom or shower with other campers. We say "meet and greet" because we will social distance while showing you around. This and the Corral campsite is for 4 people of any age, race or persuasion. We are not booking larger groups than 4, even though the bunkhouse campsite is not being booked. Also, our hillside driveway has a sharp, steep turn that stops us from having RV'S or pulled trailers. Even if you can manage the steep hairpin driveway turn, there is no place to turn around once up. Children are welcome, though our place is very rustic and on a hillside, off of a main road. We are by no means "child proof", but are child friendly. The town of Three rivers is a small village where both the longtime and new residents are friendly and welcoming. Our hillside property is located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Our driveway spills directly out onto Sierra drive, the road leading through town and into the parks. You can hear the sounds of the river flowing across the street below.  Unfortunately, we don't have river access; but there are great swimming spots a few minutes drive away. My wife Elizabeth and I bought our home in 2015 after falling in love with our hillside log cabin and its fantastic mountain views! Our dog Ruby was rescued shortly afterward and has been chasing the deer off the property ever since! But that hasn't stopped them from passing through... In addition to deer, we have seen turkeys, raven, hawks, fox, bob cats, coyotes and bear (but not recently) crossing an animal highway along our upper property line, above both of the campsites. We have hummingbird feeders and birdbaths to attract many drinkers and bathers; so there are many winged friends living on and around our place. We are animal friendly and don't charge extra for you to bring your dog(s) to camp. Please LET US KNOW YOU ARE BRINGING DOG(S), when you request to book. Our dog Ruby, a Black Mouth Cur, loves people and animals, large and small, and looks forward to meeting you and yours! This listing is for the Upper Bunkhouse campsite - which has an even better view of Ash mountain, Moro Rock and the snow capped Sierra mountains than our main house does! The Upper bunkhouse campsite is on the same level as the shared bathroom - located on the other side of the bunkhouse than the campsite. The outdoor shower is down on the lower Corral campsite level. We provide a safe, comfortable and quiet camping experience in a rustic natural environment. This outdoor campsite includes the exclusive use of a huge deck with built-in bench and table, a hammock, it's own propane BBQ, BBQ cooking utensils, a picnic table, 1 covered garbage can, and 1 covered recycling can. The site is designed for a maximum of 4 people of any age. You can pitch your tents on the ground or up on the deck!

Amazing as always, my 3rd time staying with Brewster & Elizabeth. Literally two of the most genuine souls I've had the pleasure of meeting in this life. Beautiful property, incredible views, great amenities, and quite literally 5 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia. Will be back, again, and again hahaha

We had an amazing time! The campsite has so much space and an awesome view of the mountains. It's just up from the road but only really gets traffic in/out of the park so we were not bothered at all by street noise in the evenings and early mornings. It's so close to the entrance to Sequoia, making it a perfect home base to our park adventures. It's also only a couple miles into town when we wanted coffee in the morning or beer at the end of a long day in the park. The hosts were super gracious and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They even made room for us to park our cars past check out when we wanted to spend more time in the area. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Five Cours Bunkhouse! The pictures don't do this place justice. The views are incredible! Loved the outdoor gravity fed shower with a view of Sequoia-Kings Canyon! It was so refreshing after a long day of exploring the park that is just a few miles away. Everything on the property is wonderfully cared for and all of the small touches were very appreciated! Flushing toilet, small sink, and all the amenities in a regular restroom at a hotel you would expect. The site was private with sound of the river at night and oh the star gazing was amazing!! The feel of the place is so good too! We definitely want to stay here again when we visit the park again! Brewster and his wife are awesome hosts and their dog Ruby is so sweet! We were thankful we made these reservations pre-Covid. We wanted a less crowded campsite and this was perfect for during Covid. Being the only campers and knowing they are following all the protocols made us feel extremely comfortable.

The bunkhouse! We put our tent on the deck next to this for some shade. So cute!

Exceptional site with tons of character. A lot of effort put in to make it user friendly. Perched on a hillside with beautiful mountain views. The hosts were friendly neighbors while respecting privacy.

The place is just amazing. The place has flushable toilet which works great. You will have all the facilities that is needed there. Grill with trash next to it. And a great hammock which is so comfortable that you can just sleep there. The place is great for 4 people. The place has a great personality to it. The view is just spectacular. There is a deli/market just in 0.7 miles to this place in case of emergency. We will definitely come back here. every penny well spent.

This site was incredible. It's located right outside of Sequoia National Park, which was really convenient. The views from the site were also stunning, and the host was so nice and helpful right when we arrived (and has a great dog)!

We had a great stay at Five Fours Camp and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to camp near Sequoia National Park. The location was unbeatable (on the road that takes you into the park) and Brewster was a very friendly and accommodating host. Overall this was a perfect Hipcamp experience and I hope to return again soon!

Bravo! What a treat! The hillside camp is terraced, so we were able to sleep level in our small SUV, our preferred camping style; however, there is a huge, level deck for those with tents. The camp was immaculate, beautiful, and inspiring for its western-detailed creativity, comforting details, and big mountain views. The hosts are the kind of folks one wishes for lifelong friends. We wanted to stay longer, but alas, too many miles yet to go... We are honored they shared their place with us.
