Awesome little camp spot
We needed a place to sleep for the night and found this wonderful camp site! The hostess was suler nice and also let us borrow some disk's for their 27 hole course!
Sweet little lake to fish aswell! Definitely will be back!
T-12 is awesome!
I camped here with my dad when I was a kid and this was my first trip back! T-12 is amazing. Big site. Only slightly sloped. Close to the bathroom. Less shaded earlier in the day, so bring shade. Right next to A-10 and no one close on the other side. Beautiful view of the lake! Picnic table can be moved around. We brought our own small Weber BBQ. Lake is mucky on bottom because it's full of fish but nice for cooling off. Flies were annoying at times but I didn't see any bees or mosquitoes, but I also wore bug repellent. We had a great time and look forward to staying here even longer next time! (We took Mosquito road coming up and Rock Creek coming down. Rock Creek road was much better. Less twists but more cliffs.)
Nice lakeside campsite.
Nice camp ground 30ish minutes from downtown Placerville. Campsites are well spaced & flush toilets were clean. Site T-12 gets morning sun which got a bit hot the weekend we were there. Also, the adjacent restaurant isn’t much of a restaurant, FYI. Be sure to bring all necessary supplies as it’s a LONG trip back (windy road) to town if you forget something.
