Overall great experience . There was some areas with soft sand where we managed to get our RV stuck.

Soft sand trap
We were messaged the details of the location and a small disclaimer at the end that mentioned “Dirt is soft in some areas so please be cautious” we stayed for 24 hours at the site. We got stuck in the soft sand immediately, The camping sites have no clear definition and neither do the driving roads so all afternoon and night until 1 am we had people pulling up to our site with headlights on us asking us questions, walking through our site and getting stuck in the soft sand. A total of 1 small sedan, 2 open bed trucks, 2 SUVs, and an RV got stuck. Apparently the owner came out at 12:30am with two guys and some shovels to dig a new pit for some other campers then guided the campers and their cars through our site, about 10 ft away from us while we were star gazing and our kids sleeping in a tent. The truck almost ran us over, then proceeded to drive to the next site and almost run over another families tent and get stuck in the soft sand. It was out of the way and a good spot to come in clutch for camping, but the unclear camp sites are problematic and the soft sand patches mixed into unclear driving roads.

Stargazing Paradise
Awesome place to stay if you want to stargaze! Adrianna was very responsive and helpful :)
Be aware that there is A LOT of soft sand so if you happen to have a small car like a Camry (ME) Be Careful cause you’ll get stuck! (The host did give a warning about it too)

Maybe some pits need replacing?
We could only find one pit. Maybe they got kicked down? Luckily we were the only ones there and the one we located worked well for a fire. Campsite feels private and very remote, which is great.
