Our beautiful campsite sits next to a creekbed that can be followed down to the Blaeberry River. The river offers endless fishing and paddling opportunities with fish species including kokanee and rainbow trout. The area is great for a hiking and mountain biking and there are a few beautiful waterfalls nearby. The campsite holds up to eight guests and accommodates tents or trailers. Pets are welcome. With our location just about 8 km off Highway 1, aka the Trans-Canada Highway, we can provide a serene camping experience surrounded by amazing mountain views without having to go too far off the beaten path.
The property features a composting toilet, a picnic table, and a firepit that can be used if there are no fire restrictions. Alternatively, you can rent a propane fire ring when you make your booking. A propane barbecue and tents are also available to rent from the hosts; please add to your reservation at the time of booking. For those bringing a trailer, an electrical hookup is available. The back-in site requires leveling and can accommodate vehicles up to 30 feet in length. If you have a dog that tends to wander, you must keep it on leash, as the neighbors have chickens and other dogs.
