Great vibe at Jessica's place. We enjoyed ourselves both alone/secluded and with the bigger group. Campers need to understand that it's a bit of a trade-off on the property, as you can't drive right up to your site. There are wagons available to cart your stuff. So you can either pick a site on the lower level which is a relatively easy schlep, but you'll be close to the house and to folks living in tiny houses and RVs. If you pick a site on the upper level, you'll have more quiet, more privacy, and more seclusion, depending on how many other campers there are (we had no company on our stay) but the hill that must be climbed on foot with gear is formidable. We stayed on the upper level and found the trade-off worth it, but just know that going in. Also, one of the resident dogs is likely to befriend you and come around to visit, especially when you have food out. We are dog people (who had to board ours in order to travel) so we enjoyed that, but if you don't this probably isn't the camp for you. The property itself is as advertised: we used the outdoor shower twice, washed our dishes in the shed kitchen, joined others for dinner our second night, and slept quite well in our tent.
