I just loved staying at Danny's by the inlet in Mabou!! It's such a cute setting overlooking the water. I loved site 4 on the edge. Danny was super helpful upon arrival and when i needed to haul my kayak on top of my truck. I sea sea kayaked to the lighthouse at Mabou Harbor and back in only a few hours. It was super convenient to have a toilet (outhouse) by the launch. Danny suggested the Red Shoe Pub where I went on my last night. Great entertainment and truly delicious food. I would love to come back to Danny's property.

I absolutely loved this place. I stayed there solo in a tent for two nights. Such a peaceful and serene area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Danny was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed.

Danny was friendly and most accommodating. We stayed at site #4 which was overlooking the small bay and just a wonderful campsite with picnic table and fire pit. Enjoyed it immensely, had dinner and listened to music at the Red Shoe Pub. Met another friendly couple from BC and their dog Charlie. Would highly recommend this campsite

Danny was very kind and the location was beautiful. Goof fishing right off the dock. Supplied us with firewood and a fire pit. Will be back again.

Lovely spot! Great view overlooking the river. Very close to the red shoe pub. Got a welcome from Danny and Lorna. A nice picnic table, fire pit and compost toilet.

This was a lovely place to camp. The night we stayed we were the only people there. Campsite 4 overlooks the water. There is swimming off a dock a few steps away and a chemical toilet. Very private with views up and down the water.
Although we didn’t use them, there is firewood on site and a canoe is available.
Danny is a very friendly host and even drove by to check on us in the evening.
We would recommend this site.

Danny’s place was our favorite campsite so far and we drove all the way from Florida! It was so peaceful and beautiful and the views are great. Danny was a wonderful host, we really enjoyed meeting him and chatting for a bit. It is the perfect tent camping spot with access to a dock for taking your kayak or a canoe out. Also, Don’t miss out on the Red Shoe Pub while you’re there! Thanks Danny!

We loved our stay at Waterfront camping in Mabou. The site was perfectly situated to enjoy cycling the Celtic Shores Coastal Trail. We camped in the beautiful cove setting and our hosts were thoughtful and helpful!

The Waterfront camping site is absolutely beautiful, and oh so peaceful.
The site is overlooking a beautiful harbour which you can walk down to and go for a swim. It is located close to the Mabou Coal Mines trail, which is a must hike if you are in this area.
Friendly people, friendly town, beautiful place. Would definitely recommend.
