Shady Grove Road
I stayed at Tom's RV spot for 45 days. It was amazing! It is so quiet there and the woods around the site were so nice to hike through. The people in Hot Springs were so nice and friendly. I made some good friends during my stay. I would recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway.

Quiet woods near downtown Hot Sprin
We loved RV camping on Tom’s secluded land. very quiet, only 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs, super lovely town. Tom met us at the site despite our running late, he offered to help Us set up in the dark. He gave fantastic historic restaurant/bar and music recommendations. Excellent location and communication! 🙏

We arrived late, it was dark. Tom met us and unfortunately the site we thought was ours, a pull through with full hook up was occupied. Tom said they just showed up, and in the morning, he would ask them to switch sites.
The other one he had was about 150’ back in site in the woods. There were no lights, it was late so we decided to stay. Tom graciously backed it in for us, guided by our flashlights. He was extremely apologetic, about the site. We had water and electric. In the morning we decided to leave, we did not want the other campers to have to move etc. His sites are on a wooded lot, not his home, and the other HipCamp sites we had visited, were peoples homes, farms so the ambiance was not what we expected. Tom’s place is very convenient to Hot Springs and sites are cozy/ private, and Tom is extremely helpful. I think the add on the HipCamp site needs to better reflect his place. He is in the Process of adding septic to a 3 rd site on his property. In conclusion, if you know exactly what you are getting, this can be a nice place to stay.

Friendly face in a secluded place
Tom was awesome! Even though we had to roll in late and roll out early he made us feel right at home. Such a beautiful place! We will be going back when we have more time to relax.

Camped out at Tom's land and had a great experience! Tom is extremely friendly, hooked us up with electricity, water, and a map to navigate around Hot Springs. It was relatively quiet area and easy to get to and from the town!
