This spot is in a great location to explore Lake Havasu and the surrounding area. Very clean and well thought out. Dan is a stellar host - I highly recommend taking a kayak tour with him during your stay. I was with my family, including 2 kids (6 and 4) and Dan was friendly and patient with my kids' first time on kayaks. We got to go through a cave and see some baby owls w/ their parent up on a cliff - we all loved it! We only got to stay one night, but will come back to explore some more next time.

This was a first Hipcamp experience and Dan hit it out of the park!

We loved the easy to get to location on his perfectly full hookup set up on very level location. While we did not opt to use all we did use the electric as we arrived during a 100 degree temperature day. Bonus!

Dan's lot sits on a hill and we experienced some nice breezes while there.

He provide so much information for the Lake Havasu City area that we had choices galore from biking to hiking to his now incredibly great host guided kayak experience in the Castle Rock Nature Preserve. This was the highlight of our trip. Over the top!

We stayed for two days and could have stayed for a week.

This is a boating person's mecca.

Also very near to everything you would need for groceries, gas and shopping.

Great sunrises and sunsets.

Would rate this host a 10 out of 10!

Dan is a super-friendly guy with a beautiful, level site that is clean white rock. It has a very good view of the hills and beautiful lights of the city at night. Access to Lake Havasu and Lake Havasu City is close. We stopped in for two nights on our way home, and would definitely stay there again.

One of the best Camping experiences I have enjoyed ever.
The camping area is clean, level, spacious with excellent amenities.
Dan is a friendly & gracious host.
Our group was interested in motorcycle trail riding, and found the camp site to be an excellent starting point for it.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this camp again.

This is more than a place for your RV. You get Dan with this package. Dan is there to make sure you have things to do. The ultimate host. I asked my boy (11) if we should book with Dan again. His response was, definitely. I asked why and he said, "because Dan".

Holy Smokes this is a terrific place to camp. The Host, Dan, is super knowledgeable about the area and taking a kayak tour with him is a must do! We also took a sunrise hike with him and his side-kick/doggo and saw wild burros. Incredibly nice fella who went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our stay on his property. We will be back for sure.

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of Lake Havasu, yet it is only a few minutes drive into town. Dan was very friendly and helpful with info. We had plenty of room in the 1/2 acre lot that was pristinely covered with gravel. We would definitely recommend his site to others who don’t like the elbow to elbow of RV parks.

Dan was AMAZING! He greeted us as we arrived. The site was immaculate. Since he doesn’t have grass, he makes sure the rocks are smooth. 🤩. The campsite is almost perfectly level. We have a 29’ trailer with an F-150, and had plenty of room to navigate into the spot. Quiet, beautiful stars. Highly recommend!
