Bowser Creek Runs through the middle of the property.

A single RV pull-off is available about 100m off the main road with a fairly level parking spot. 1 level tent site and various free tent sitesavailable along the creek . 

The historic Dewdney trail also passes through the property running west-east. 

Wildlife in the area includes black and grizzly bears, wild turkeys, moose, elk and mule deer.

Campfires are permitted when allowed by provincial regs, pets are welcome.
