What wildlife can be found in Abernethy Forest National Nature Reserve?

Abernethy’s ancient woodlands are populated by chattering birds, elusive squirrels, and deer. It is ground zero for Highland-style micro safaris, with healthy populations of pine marten, red squirrel, capercaillie, and osprey. The nature reserve is located in the Cairngorms region.
