Camping - elevated! A brand new offering to West Sussex, the Tree Tent is a glamping experience unlike no other. This sustainable, comfortable and unique setting provides a different perspective of the British woodlands. Your stay includes this whole site, with no other campers in site! The Tree Tent, kitchen and dining space, wood-fired bath and separate bathroom and shower are all yours for the duration of your stay. The Tree Tent sleeps one or two, complete with a double bed with bespoke bedding, heating, skylight, USB ports, desk and storage. Solar power lights up the site and provides you with electricity in the Tree Tent too. There is also private use of the Hot Tank, a wood-fired outdoor tub designed for wild bathing, and an outdoor heater and pizza oven. With thoughtful design and amenities, and gorgeous views across Little Thakeham Farm through your treetop haven, this private sanctuary above the forest floor allows you to truly immerse yourself in nature, and forget the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. When it comes to food and drink, your tea and coffee needs are provided - as well as a wood-fired pizza oven. Collect fresh ingredients from the local farm shops, or visit one of the lovely restaurants and vineyards in the area. Become immersed in bluebells, birdsong and the swaying of the trees, in a unique, wilderness retreat. Curl up in the suspended Tree Tent and stargaze through the skylight, luxuriate in the wood-fired bath, and enjoy a meal cooked outdoors in our pizza oven. And keep an eye out for woodpeckers and friendly deer! Whilst you're immersed in the outdoors, we've also kitted out the site to keep you comfortable. You have sole use of an enclosed bathroom unit, with hot shower, toilet, sink, plus a kitchette with hobs, kettle and lots of kitchen utensils. You'll be sleeping in the Tree Tent itself, which is suspended in beautiful Sussex woodland. It features a double bed (we provide clean bedding) along with insulated walls, a mini stove, a desk and underfoot storage. Your stay also includes an outdoor pizza oven and wood-fired wild bath! Two firewood bundles are included in the price of your stay, which you can use for both the Hot Tank (wood-fired hot tub) and/or the pizza oven, which doubles up as a heater. This should keep you going, but should you need more, you can grab some from our stash and mark it on our honesty board. If you do use extra, we would just need you to pay this retrospective to your stay. We also provide firewood (eco-logs), kindling and fire starters for the woodstove in the Tree Tent itself, which will keep you nice and toasty should it get nippy. Enjoy!

Incredible stay. Very cozy. Everything you could need is provided. Woke up to birds singing outside and sunshine on our faces. Lovely area for farmers markets and excursions in the countryside.

Strawberry Lane Tree Tent

We had a great time staying at Strawberry Lane Tree Tent. You really are removed from everyday hectic life to be at one with nature. The site has everything you need and the facilities were excellent. You can park close to the site, it is clearly signposted and a trolley is provided to carry your belongings. It was such a wonderful experience sleeping up in the trees even in high winds! The mini log burner in the tent heated up quickly and kept us nice and warm. The log burning bath was also a great. Shira sent useful and detailed information about our stay and the local area. If you are looking for something unique and to escape to the country I would highly recommend Strawberry Lane Tree Tent.
