Lovely site. Lots of space between tents. Showers and loos are clean. Josie was very responsive and helpful. We missed their sun downers sadly. Next time.
We stayed an extra night we liked it so much.
You can hear the road sometimes, but we got used to that.

Camping feels less crowded and it was very peaceful. The compost toilets and showers were OK too. I like the tearoom which was a few minutes walk from the campsite which served very delicious food.

A beautiful and peaceful campsite. We loved the South Downs setting and appreciated the off lead dog paddock on site as well. It was also really nice to visit the nearby tearooms and enjoy wine and a cheeseboard in the evening. A super dog friendly site and well maintained facilities. We look forward visiting again in the future!

Great camping site. Plenty of parking and no cars on the pitches (which is excellent). Clean compostable toilets and luxury hot showers. Pitches are super roomy and each has a fire pit available. Lovely tea room nearby at 5 minute walking distance.

Joise's paddock was great. The pitches were generous and not too close to each other.
The grass and pitches were lovely to walk on bare foot. The showers were great. The compost loos were great. Josie was prompt and helpful with text messages. It was a well set-up place. There is a tea room nearby.
One side of the paddock is close to a road, so a bit noisy but not bad.
There is minimal phone coverage and no wifi, so be prepared for that.
We were the only people there when we camped, so it was lovely and quiet!

Beautiful, peaceful, simple campsite. Lovely hot showers and surprisingly clean composting toilets.
Getting your stuff from the car to the pitch with a wheelbarrow is easy enough, but there are only 2 so of lots of groups arrive at once you may need to wait a while.

We loved camping at Lordington Park campsite. It is a beautiful spot and convenient for West Wittering beach and other places of interest. The site is spacious and well laid out with great rustic timber hot showers and the best composting loos we have ever experienced. It was amazing to see the sheep herding practise in the late afternoon in the top field. Josie & team were friendly, available and helpful - we would definitely recommend this quiet rustic site.

Lordington was a perfect little campsite that did everything it said. Decent pitches. Decent showers. Compost (but not smelly) toilets. Somewhere to wash up and a fire in the evening if you wanted.
Only thing to query - We read somewhere that the tea room served drinks and charcuterie on Friday and Saturday night but that is not happening at the moment - shame but not a deal breaker!
Loved it and will defo be back.

Absolutely wonderful site with amazing facilities.
We were hugely fortunate (by way of an administrative error) to have the opportunity to stay this weekend completely solo on the site and it was amazing.
I honestly can't recommend enough visiting. Listening to the Owl at night and walking up to the Folly and on to nearby Stansted Hall, truly amazing.
Huge thanks to Josie and Charlie for allowing us to stay when you should have been closed!

Great site lots of space so our party was sufficiently far apart from others to enjoy such a quiet spot. Fire pit was an excellent touch. Toilets and showers were excellent and we even ventured to the tea room!

Great campsite with lovely views! The hot shower and handy washing up station were a plus!l Josie and Charlie the host were extremely helpful and attended to our and needs almost instantaneously. Highly recommend!

What a lovely campsite! It’s beautiful and perfect balance of quiet and atmospheric! Good options of pitches, some a bit close together but just choose wisely and it’s fine! Josie was lovely and easy to reach if needed (such as for logs which was so useful)! Would definitely come back :)

A calming, picturesque and relaxing campsite. I loved that the tent allocations were strategically placed far enough from one another, to give a bit of privacy. The tea rooms is only a few hundred metres away and is perfect for a sugary treat or on a Friday and Saturday evening they have 'Sundowners' till 9pm, to enjoy the views with a glass of wine and delicious charcuterie/cheese boards. It's well worth a visit, especially for a short drive from south London.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at Lordington Park.. the setting is idyllic and has all the facilities you require including eco friendly composting toilets and good showers and washing up facilities. Josie and Charlie are on hand if you need them and the communication before arriving by text was very good, they are really friendly and helpful. There is an information board by the entrance with their mobile numbers and so you can reach them if you need to and they stop by twice a day for cleaning and will bring logs/kindling if you need some. The views from our pitch were just gorgeous and we will definitely return to Lordington Park.

We loved our time here and will be returning! There was plenty of space and all the plots were surrounded by meadows and wild flowers. It was beautiful and dreamy. The showers had hot running water and the hosts were accessible by text for firewood instantaneously! I had a great conversation with the host as well and she was absolutely lovely. I went with my partner and our golden retriever puppy with absolutely no worries. Great vibe. Great location. Would recommend - 5 stars.

We truly cannot recommend this site enough! The sites were well kept, spacious and far enough from your neighbour you have some privacy. The facilities were amazingly clean and well stocked, with the added bonus of being sustainable. There is a pub and a tea room within walking distance. The scenery is beautiful, and at night all you can hear are camp fires and sheep. A beautiful site and we will absolutely book again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The site is small and pretty although the pitches are quite close together so if it’s busy you don’t have much privacy. Showers were great. The host was very nice and the crate of wood we bought was dry and burned well

It was a beautiful bucolic setting which we were very fortunate to have all to ourselves for the duration of our three day mid-week stay.
There were a couple of great pubs within easy cycling distance at Walderton and Stoughton respectively. Also, Westbourne Cafe had great service and food, which was also easy to reach via cycling, en route to Emsworth harbour.
Josie provided excellent comms. and the site had good “unplugged” facilities. There was a very short walk to the main house which was well worth a visit for their food and friendly service serving great coffee, light lunch and teas with impressive cakes.
The only suggestion we would offer is to install a standing platform at the two highly mounted deep sinks as, even as adults, we struggled to reach into them. Having one double sink for washing dishes and washing/shaving/teeth cleaning when the site is busier would likely be rather tricky.
Overall a very peaceful stay in a well-located site. A barn owl flying across the parking field was icing on the cake, as were the house martins, swifts and the noisy green woodpecker!
