We had a wonderful time at Eden’s Nook. Jayne helped us to feel so welcome and went above and beyond in the hot weather to make sure we had what we needed.
The site is really clean and very peaceful. We saw lots of butterflies and birds. A gorgeous stay! Thank you.

EdensNook Camping at Forest View
This was such a quiet, lovely location! It was near to one of the access points for Glyndwr’s Way so we were able to hike a nice section of the trail. Clean facilities and super easy to find with responsive, friendly hosts - a good spot to unwind! The field for tent pitches was enclosed and we actually had the place to ourselves so our dogs could wander without worry - really enjoyed our stay here.

A fairly small camp ground with a beautiful big barn containing couches, TV, table, fridge, water and home like showers and toilets.
Outside the barn there was a picnic table and a hut further along with a fire place that you could sit around and cook food.
I did get a bit lost on my way there but the hosts were able to sort me out. When I did arrive they showed me around the place and explained where everything was and how it all worked.
I shared the camp ground with only one other person and had a very pleasant time, so maybe consider booking during the quieter times of the week.

Absolutely lovely little site, not too far from lake vyrnwy and the hosts were brilliant. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to camp near lake vyrnwy

Eden's Nook is such a peaceful campsite..full of birds during the day and star viewing at night. The facilities are great, including the barbeque hut and Jane and Neville couldn't have been more helpful. And Jane's breakfast is delicious! We'll be back!

Eden’s Nook is a beautiful retreat from day to day life, with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. I got a warm welcome on arrival and shown around the site, being the only one booked I was able to fully enjoy the indoor fire pit and bbq, the excellent showers and stunning scenery (the clear sky was something very special)! The site is well equipped with anything you might have forgotten and the hosts are lovely and helpful.

Incredible camping experience.
The owners couldn't have been any more helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers are extremely clean and warm. Amazing views. Absolute pleasure staying here. Also the breakfast was perfect, I highly recommend you try it!

Lovely little quiet site, tucked right out of the way, just a few minutes drive from Lake Vyrnwy. Eden’s Nook has all the facilities you could want for, what I would call, a ‘basics’ campsite. The cooked breakfast I purchased from them this morning, was anything but basic. The sausages were ginormous and so tasty. I’d recommend Eden’s Nook for their breakfasts alone! If you want to get back to basics (I camped without electric hookup, which they do have) and you want a nice peaceful site, with everything you need, head here. 10/10

We had the most comfortable stay at Edens Nook, it’s in an excellent location near to Lake Vyrnwy and a waterfall to the north. We had a gas bbq to ourselves, and we were lucky enough to receive the best gift from Jane and Neville to use on the bbq. There also an inside bbq for the rainy days. Jane was the greatest host, she’s an insane cook and made us breakfast every morning which was exquisite! If you want to surprise your spouse with a trip away I highly recommend staying here for at least 4 days, well worth the money.

We really loved the BBQ hunt and used it every night for dinner. The site is small with space to pitch where you like. Jane was very welcoming on arrival and was available throughout our stay. It’s so close to Lake Vyrnwy which is beautiful and a great day or few days out.

A real hidden treasure in the hills of welshpool such a relaxing place to stay. Both hosts neville and Jane are such wonderful people. Introduced to there bbq hut which looks amazing. I never used the bbq hut as I didn't take any bbq food with me. There toilet facilities and shower facilities are great very clean. Would I book a holiday again to forest view yes I certainly would currently looking at dates for next year.

We had a fantastic experience tent camping on Jane and Neville’s land. The facilities are excellent and the cooked breakfast shouldn’t be missed a great meal to set you up for a days hiking. Local knowledge on places to go was willing shared. We really hope to return here, perhaps to try the yurt.

Really lovely campsite. A smaller site with good facilities. Felt lovely and calm and the site was very well sheltered. Was welcomed on arrival and checked in on several times to ensure everything was ok. Easy to source on site help and overall a lovely part of the world to go wandering in too!

We really enjoyed our stay, loads of facilities available and all kept tidy with helpful and kind hosts. The field for pitching your tent has a gorgeous view of the mountains and the car park and barn are close right next to it, making it super convenient. Even the road leading up to the place was easy to navigate.

This is the most perfect spot! So many beautiful features and chill out places. Great, warm bathrooms with lovely hot showers. The indoor fire pit is awesome and the views are amazing.
Had a gorgeous cooked veggie breakfast (at a time to suit me). Honestly don’t think I’ve ever been to a better site. 100% recommend.

The best campsite for tent camping in wetter and colder weather!
A lovely peaceful spot to pitch up for the weekend. The option to have somewhere dry to sit was perfect for our drizzly weekend and the hut with the fire was AMAZING! A real stand out gem of a campsite.
100% coming back.
*given that it’s a hidden gem, it was a tricky find! The directions provided are not from the Bala direction and can be tricky to find if you arrive after dark.

Very nice quiet site with great facilities. There is a microwave, fridge freezer, TV, table and chairs and sofa in the communal use barn as well as lovely clean toilets and spacious showers. There are fire pits available and a barbecue hut which looked great (though we didn’t use it on our visit). Being October we were one of only two sets of people staying so we had a large camping field to ourselves. Would be great for a group of friends camping together.

Sssh don’t want to shout too loud about how good this little gem is- I might not be able to get a pitch next time!!. Fabulous hidden forest site and well laid out. Loved the BBQ hut although didn’t use it. Loved the indoor lounge kitchen area too- great for any wet weather. Jane cooks a fabulous English breakfast too. They honestly couldn’t have been more welcoming
