Great stay just outside of town. We came to attend the fall seafood festival. We towed a jeep so we had good transportation into town. The host also suggested a great local eatery that we enjoyed on our last evening. Great stay…

I was in Kristina’s driveway spot for two nights . It’s a very safe location and she was nice but, it’s a driveway spot to park in nothing more.
It was close to Newport and that fit my needs.

Camping under the lights!
Really beautiful location in Middletown. It was my first time using this website and everything was seamless, great communication and clear instruction on getting there and setup. Will come again for sure!

Kristina's spot is perfect for visiting Newport! Hosts were very kind and respectful. Space was clean and quiet. It's within walking distance of the vineyard and a short drive to the beach as well as a lovely local market. Would return!

Kristina and family are great hosts on their beautiful property; very helpful in describing nearby places to visit and giving good directions. I easily parked my 21 foot Class B camper van, with rear bike/kayak rack, on their side driveway, surrounded by lawn & beautiful trees & shrubs, with a great view, relative privacy, 110 electrical hookup and a nearby, very clean porta-john. I highly recommend this site and family, and will definitely stay again!

Driveway Accommodations!
Staying at Kristina's was very convenient to Newport and surrounding cities. It was easy to find, easy to park, and Kristina even gave us dinner recommendations.

Camping under the lights!
This is one of the many reasons I love Hipcamp listings. We connected with our hosts on a mutual love of old-ish cars and Lemons racing....these sorts of interactions just make the world a smaller place. Kristina and her husband were so welcoming and we had such a lovely stay in their side yard with a wonderful view of the sunset.

Camping under the lights!
This was an awesome spot to set up our tents for a few nights close to Newport! There was plenty of space for our two 8 person tents under the lights! Even though there’s no bathroom here, Kristina was able to give us a few public bathroom options close by! Kristina was an awesome host and was super responsive and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Kristina’s land is beautiful. The spot was peaceful and an amazingly beautiful bike ride away from the beach. It is a great spot and I hope I can come back.

This site and host are excellent! The location is perfect- convenient to Newport but in a less busy area, Kristina was very friendly and gave us some great info. Even with all three sites occupied it was so quiet. We were in a camper but the tent site looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again when doing Rhode Island things.

We had a great experience here! Great communication from the host l, as well as stellar and accessible amenities. There was a port-a-potty on site. Garbage, recycling, water and electricity were all in reach. Everything was nicely arranged and grounds were beautiful. We used a spot in the driveway for our popup and did not even have to level the camper, it was perfectly level. We hope to come back next summer. Thank you!

Camping under the lights!
This was the perfect easy Newport getaway! My boyfriend and I took the ferry from Providence, and were able to effortlessly tent camp without a car! We had no issues getting Ubers to and from the site, and had a lovely time downtown for far cheaper than if we stayed at a hotel or Airbnb. We would 100% stay here again in the future!

We loved tent camping on Kristina’s land. Her property is very beautiful, including the beautiful blue hydrangea bush. The fire pit is well maintained and demarcated which was nice. The hanging lights were a super nice touch at night. They have a porta potty right on site which was very clean and nice to have.

Kristina was really nice, she suggested places to go and gave us advice about the beaches. Our stay was cut short due to the rain but we will definitely come back!

Had a lovely flat camping spot with tree lined sides in close proximity to Middletown beaches. Conveniently located right off the road (still good for sleeping / can hear cars but not loud). Campsite did not have a fire pit or picnic table like it said in listing, but I inquired about having a table and they brought us not one but two tables, four chairs, and even a bouquet of flowers for the table, a nice touch.
Very hands off hosts- never saw them but quick to respond on text. We loved the privacy and time to catch up. We happened to be there on a rainy and windy night and still very comfortable.
Loo review: had a porta-potty on site which was added beyond listing, fresh and clean… much appreciated!

Camping under the lights!
We stayed for 2 nights on a roadtrip with the goal of easy access to Newport- and we were so surprised how close this camp was to all the things we wanted to do like the cliff walk, breakers, restaurants and beach! We used the local Planet Fitness and my membership for showers. Electrical hookup provided by host! Host was kind, attentive, and supplied us with firewood and a fire pit as well as extra chairs and space for our belongings during storms that occurred during our stay. Quiet part of town that feels like a summer cottage. Privacy provided by the home’s landscaping! This is a great place to stay, we recommend!

We met Kristina on arrival. She was very helpful and gave us two options for parking. We had no problem backing and leveling next to the house in the front drive. The weather had put a damper on some of our plans and Kristina was helpful in providing us some options, and additional information about the area. She was also extremely responsive to our communications during our 2 night stay.
The area is quite lovely, with many nice properties, and very close to many attractions. I was surprised the roads weren't a little better however.

We had a great time during a mild hurricane, felt like we lived in the community. Stone fences and fields, rode our bikes to a very private Pebble Beach for a swim and then enjoyed seafood a short drive away in Newport. Will definitely come back!

Driveway Accommodations!
This was an easy overnight stay. I opted for the driveway. It was dark and quiet, which was just what I wanted. Kristina was there to greet me and make sure I had what I needed. Perfect.
