Jubilee Farm offers 5 spacious RV sites with water and electric hookups, 10 peaceful tent campsites, and two lodging options: The Yachov, a cozy 2-bedroom tiny home, and The Cottage, a comfortable 3-bedroom farmhouse. Now under the ownership of Court and Jennifer Callahan, Jubilee Farm continues the Berryhill family’s beloved tradition of providing a quiet, wholesome, family-friendly place to enjoy God’s creation. Guests can enjoy ducks, chickens, guineas, goats, and two gentle cows who love attention. It is a tiny house (8'5' wide, 54' long and has 9' ceilings. There are three porches, a fire pit with chairs, and a charcoal grill. It is located in an 80 acre farm, level terrain and easy access. Hosts live on the property and there are three other rentals on the farm as well as RV and ten sites

We loved the goats and cows! Neighbor roosters decided 4 am was the time to wake up. So I got up, relit the campfire, and brewed coffee. The sunrise on the farm was so peaceful I would gladly wake up early again for it

I did not get the site i chose online. The shower didn't have hot water and the pressure was so low you couldn't rinse soap off. The playground was unsafe for kids the bolts were coming out of the top of the swings. I wish I was warned of no cell service before hand.

They were very welcoming, and checked on my comfort throughout my short stay. I found it to be a peaceful place. Which is what I needed after being on the road for all those hours. I left recharged.

11/10. I loved my stay here. The hosts were amazing. Just genuine, kind people. I’m not much of a people person, but I can honestly say I enjoyed every conversation I had with them. Jen even helped me when I got a flat tire. I felt safe at all times which is huge as a solo traveler. The land itself is beautiful. Tons of animals. The sky at night is so clear and you can see all the stars. It’s only an hour drive from Hot Springs National Park which is super cool. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Experienced or new to camping, this is the place for you

Small farm with lots of space. Very quiet. Get there before sunset because it's confusing in the dark. Nice bathhouse, but no hot water. I slept in my vehicle and parked next to a picnic table which was convenient for cooking.

Very friendly personable and best of all kind, Christian and patriots! The place is gorgeous, easy to access, great directions, but far far out to unwind and unplug from technology. They do have wifi but I'd ask early because messages may not go through easily depending on your carrier. Cool thing is satellite messaging is free with the top tier verizon plan... anywho, they have roosters and chickens and what can you expect it is a cute farm so dont miss a chance to visit this incredible place!

What a gem! This apartment was so cute, clean, and had exactly what we needed for a refresh after a long flight. My son says he wishes we could’ve stayed more than one night because the bed and couch are so comfy, and I agree. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and felt safe, which is top priority for me as a traveling single mother. We came for Hot Springs, but if I ever find another excuse to come back to Arkansas, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We spent an evening at James’ place as we were driving East. It was a great stop. The tent sites are along the back of the main house in front of the pond. One central fire pit is shared between sites. Bath house is quaint, clean and stocked with towels. You will need to park at one end and walk to your site. Depending how you travel you may one site 1 as it’s the closest to parking!

I called Jimmilea on my way to Austin, Texas from North Alabama and she was extremely helpful about my pending late arrival. I arrived around 10:00 pm and drove to my spot. It was so quiet and peaceful. It has been raining and the frogs in the ponds were really happy. I have a rooftop tent on my truck, so after getting set up I slept like a rock. My alarm was set for 5:30 and the rooster woke me up shortly after 5:00. It was really nice to wake up to something other than an alarm. It was a great stay and I will certainly stay here again.

Yachov at Jubilee Farms
I search for quite some time to find the perfect place to take my grandkids for a birthday celebration. I chose this one for the kid friendly activities such as a pool, farm animals that it was advertised they could watch being fed and milked, as well as a volleyball ball game, etc. NONE of what I just mentioned was available. Pool wasn't available, (was told "not hot enough" however it was close to 90 degrees) zero farm animals other than chickens and no ball to play at the volleyball net. On top of all that the T.V apparently went out so no T.V in one of the lodgings. (I rented 2). What I rented as a surprise for a 12 year olds birthday celebration was unfortunately lacking. I ended up going to dollar store and buying a kiddie pool as they were very disappointed that the pool wasn't available. I also wasn't aware the owners as well as others lived on site and although the gentleman there was lovely I did feel like eyes were on us constantly. The Yakov suite was BEAUTIFUL however and the bedding was devine. The pond was lovely and the fishing was fun. Smores at night was a hit. The listing is misleading however and should be updated. To be honest, I would not have chosen this place but for amenities advertised that were not there.

Beautiful land and lots of space between sites. Nice to have a basic bathhouse available if needed for a toilet / sink/ shower. Very friendly hosts! Well maintained landscaping for tent/rv sites.

Tent camped alone for a get away. Never thought about it before but felt safe due to farm is personally owned verses staying at camp ground that has a host for a week and then leaves. James & Jimmilea were so pleasant and quick to respond to emails Farm is kept up and has a great feel. Thank you James & Jimmilea for a wonderful stay.

Jubilee is quaint and comfortable. I think they have a great thing going. The only drawback was the shower had no hot water and there is only one so lots of knocks on the door. But they were kind and everything else was nice.

James and Jimmilea have a very beautiful farm! James was so considerate and helpful when we expressed a desire to change campsites. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular!! We enjoyed hearing the songbirds in the evening and the roosters in the morning! There is a really nice bath house and plenty of potable water near the campsites. It was a great getaway from city life!! Thank you James and Jimmilea!!
