Quiet East Texas Piney Woods space for campers with self-contained RVs. Perfect for a stayover on a long road trip via I-20 or just to visit one of the many nearby lakes. Shady place to park, easy pull-through access. Basic water and electric available on front porch of the main house. No waste management, must provide your own waste collection and dispose of it off-site. You may bring tents if you need the extra space. Simple gorgeous setting where you might just see a deer or two!We live in the East Texas piney woods, just outside of city limits. It’s a quiet neighborhood with large lots. Very easy access from I-20, all paved roads, takes only a few minutes to get into town. Your space will be on the front of the property, which is wooded and shaded. There is a circular unpaved driveway where it is easy to park an RV, and you can pull in or out in either direction. Our home is up the paved driveway. Your view of the road, the main residence, and others will be partially, but not completely, obscured by the woods. We have basic electric outlet and water faucet on the front porch of the main residence which are accessible with a 200 foot hose/cord. We do have a hose currently attached that reaches over halfway there that you can connect to. You can pull up the driveway temporarily if you just need to fill a small container or charge a battery. There are no toileting facilities; you will need your own waste containment system and must empty it off-site. You must take your own trash with you and leave property as it was or better. All pets must be leashed and must not bark or make noise in the night. This is a simple, easy place to be where you won’t be disturbed, enjoy the peace!
No loud noise. No drugs or illegal activity. No visiting the house or interacting with residents or neighbors besides initial check-in. All pets must be leashed if outdoors and kept away from the house and neighbors. Enjoy the simplicity, peace, and quiet! Watch out for copperheads and other wildlife. We are not responsible for accidents or damage.
