At Atwood lake there is a beach... a campground that will let you in for $5 per car load to access the beach and use the very clean ready room and shower facilities. Atwood has pontoon boat rentals available. Just to the north in downtown Magnolia is a fantastic top rated restaurant called Tozzi’s.Pitch your tent on our level grass area or park your smaller RV on our level gravel area. 30 amp electric hookup available. Picnic table and trash cans available. A portable bathroom is a short walk away. Atwood lake region is a few miles away where these is a campground that for $5 per car will let you in to access their beach area and utilize their very clean and modern restrooms and showers.

Lator Acres camp

Lator acres is a world-class Hipcamp spot, 10/10! Mike was very friendly and helpful - I found the spot in the almost dark without much searching. The camp spot is well off a back road, very quiet and peaceful. Tons of fireflies nice wood thrushes singing in the morning. I'll definitely go back next time my travels take me that way!
