Spot has water and power access but no septic or dump station available on my lot but there is a dump station . 3 mile from house. We are close to the Yellowstone River and 53 miles from Yellowstone national Park. Livingston is a small town with big fun and adventures like rafting, hunting and exploring the wilderness around the area.Spot has a view of the mountains with a side street by it that is not busy. It has a tree for shade and flat ground. We are walking distance from restaurant and grocery store. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are located in lovely Livingston Montana and are 53 miles for m Yellowstone national park. We are close to Yellowstone River and downtown activities.
