This was our second time staying here, and it was even more special than the first time. Every second is something to cherish. Hosts are lovely, warm and very welcoming. Facilities are outstanding, with communal kitchen and games rooms with had a pool table, air hockey and the means to play table tennis. The pod was warm, comfortable and homely. We cannot wait to stay again. Perfect getaway.

Brilliant campsite. I was camping there alone but felt very comfortable. Lovely field to camp in, beautiful views around the farm in the morning, great building to chill out in, useful facilities to store and heat food. Also loved the honesty shop with delicious pastries. Ian was very helpful with recommending local walks, and checked in throughout stay. Would love to visit again next year!

Me and my partner came here for a much needed city break by tent and it was honestly amazing! The shower and toilet are seperate facilities and both clean, there is a kitchen too with a gas stove for cooking! The site is near anywhere you'd like to drive or even walk to around the peak district, and in the actual site itself you can see all the altitude and beauty around you. The air is incredibly fresh, and the owners of the campsite are really sweet and helpful. Will definitely come back for our next trip to the peak district this summer, thank you for having us :)

we went camping in nic and leighs site and it was beautiful, we was the only ones on the camping site but either way it was peiceful and amazing facilites including the comunal fiepit. my kids and my dog loved the area and rubnibg through the trees. the toilets,showers ,game room, the park and the kitchen, was amazing. will 100% be comming again and recommending to others. amazing place to be

Definitely as described, and would have been absolutely gorgeous if the weather was amazing: beautiful view, fire pit and barbecue, just imagine! The weather was a bit wet and windy for us, but we still had a lovely two night stay and basically had the place to ourselves. Toilets and showers great, the little pub so nice and the farm shop an added extra. We really valued the commitment to recycling and zero waste and everyone we spoke to was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Camping at The Hollies
Ease and convenience are the name of the game when camping. Pub is super close, definitely stop by after a hike for a pint and fries. We got to view our hiking spot from our tent. The hot water showers are a dream and the toilets are clean and well stocked. Site was not crowded and campers were quiet. For context, we stayed 29 and 30 August 2025. 10/10 would go back. Take coins for showers!

There's plenty of space around the site for traditional outdoor activities, with a rope swing and stepping stones over the shallow river and a bridge that's perfect for playing Pooh Sticks. In the surrounding area there are animal parks and nature reserves to walk around, or to head back further in time, you could take one of the trails through ancient Sherwood Forest, around quarter of an hour's drive away. Guest facilities on site centre around the Cave Bar, a cool little space built into an exposure of 500-million-year-old sandstone, plus an outdoor terrace for sipping drinks out in the sunshine. We are a small basic 7 acre campsite in the Shropshire hills between the long mynd and the stipperstones great for wild camping. So offers great walks and mountain biking. Carding Mill Valley is just a short drive which is great place for exploring and playing in the streams or wild swimming in the reservoir. It is a simple site with toilets showers and we have a canteen with a kettle, fridge, microwave, tables and chairs, sink area and power. The campsite is on the side of a hill but there are pleanty of flat areas to pitch up. The campsite has lovely views of the surrounding area. We do allow fire's and can supply fire pits and wood. We have an undercover area which can be used as cover from rain, this area also has a pool table. We allow tents, caravans, motor homes, although dont have electric hookups. We can allow group bookings. We use the site for a festival once a year and the stage is a permanent structure as is the bar and medic cabins, these will not affect your stay in anyway just making you aware they are there.

It has a strict no noise policy after 10pm, meaning that you should get a peaceful night's sleep too. This site is in the grounds of the 400-year-old Stretton House surrounded by the Cheshire countryside with handy transport links nearby and outdoor activities in no short supply… that includes things like alpaca walking, golf or Manley Mere’s watersports haven (a 20-minute drive away for the latter). You’ll have your pick of two fields, both with car parking by the pitch free of charge and dogs allowed. The facilities include separate male and female toilet blocks, pay per use shower block, mobile phone charging facilities, free wifi and chemical toilet disposal and a drinking water standpipe. You’ll have permission to start up a barbecue or firepit too (subject to the correct safety measures). When you’re ready to get going, the friendly owners will be willing to help out however they can and suggest possible days out, which may include fishing or walking at Pickmere Lake (10 minutes’ drive), visiting an ice cream farm (within 10 minutes’ drive of the site) or going to the local golf course (five minutes’ drive). For food, there’s a farm shop just two minutes’ walk away from the site where you’ll be able to get your hands on local produce. Pubs aren’t far away either – there is one pub five minutes' walk away, and another 15 minutes' walk away. Festival goers are very welcome, and the Creamfields Festival site is five minutes’ drive away. Please respect the quiet hours (no noise is permitted after 10pm) and environment, as the owners' home is on the grounds (and stick to the field's facilities only). No waste accepted onsite. All rubbish must be taken home at the end of your stay.

Our beautiful home is a glamping and camping site with its own gorgeous fishing lake on the outskirts of the village of Llandyfan. You can find us to the west of the Brecon Beacons or Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. Llandyfan Campsite has been lovingly re-established in early 2024 by Andy and Jo. Since taking ownership, we have rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into restoring it to its former glory and will soon be back to being a fully operational slice of Welsh heaven. Our first focus has been the fishing lake which we opened in March. The campsite followed in May. We are currently working on electric hook ups and other improvements. We have chickens on site that roam free during the day. They are friendly and like to wander around the tents to say hello to our guests! We would like everyone who visits to have a great time and a relaxing break. Whilst here please be considerate towards others, to their property, and while using the facilities. If you have any concerns, please let us know. We have brought out a few rules from our T&Cs and we kindly ask that you have a read through before your stay. Litter: You must pick up your litter. Please either take it with you or recycle it appropriately in the bins onsite. There are bins around the campsite, please recycle where possible. Pitches to be left as you found them. Noise: Be respectful and consider your neighbours. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am in the morning. No loud music is to be played at any time. Children: Children must be supervised at all times around the campsite and can play within the pitch space allocated to you. At quiet times, it may be possible for children to use vacant pitches for play but this cannot be guaranteed. The amenity block and associated facilities are not to be used as a play area. Dogs: Must not to be left unattended. Are to be kept on leads at all times whilst on the campsite. (We are working on an enclosed dog walking area, however this is not yet available). no refunds on bookings if cancelled withing 10days of booking
