Less than two hours west of Edale, the area boasts biodiversity with geological lands dating back to the Palaeolithic period. July and August in Edale sees warm temperatures and little to no precipitation. Experience average highs around 20°C from late June to early September. Despite temperatures rarely dropping below freezing, winters are cold, wet, and windy.
