Great welcome and although the windiest weekend of the year so far a decent pitch with a little shelter.
Two walks over the weekend one directly from camp and the other from the Swale estuary car park, both worth it.

We had a wonderful time, the place is beautiful and quiet, away from roads and houses. Vans, campers and tents are well spaced from each other. Everybody very respectful. Facilities are great: shower and loos are immaculate, fire pits available to rent and wood to buy, pub in walking distance, and even home pizzas nights at the weekend. Location is great too, we will definitely be back!

Loved the site and the attention from the owners.
The facilities were clean and well maintained. Even the WiFi was strong and easy to access.
Only stayed for three nights but would definitely book again.

The setting was prefect it was quiet adult only with great space and a beautiful lake lots of walks around .Great for biking around as well!
Hollie was very friendly, we would definitely recommend it! and will be going back.

Perfect site for children and dogs, and adults too. Clean facilities, really close to lovely beaches and walks. Dog walking field is great. Highly recommend.

Really nice camping site not far from the beach at all, has everything u need, food trucks, bbqs and fire pits to loan for small few, had a very nice pizza one night, fish and chip van comes round, cows and goats on the farm, nice lights and flowers, nice toilets and shower blocks, I could go on. Definitely will be going back.

Clean, well equipped, great showers and toilets, washing up station was always clean and lit up at night, hosts so friendly and helpful, little shop stocked lots of great stuff, big chest freezer for communal use - I can’t fault the place. And the location is wonderful - we spent time in Whitstable, Tankerton and St Andrews Lake.

Great site tucked away just south of Faversham.
Karen and Simon are excellent hosts and always on site if needed.
Great pitches which are spacious and flat.
Great showers and washroom always clean plus laundry room and chest freezer.
Also WiFi and washing up area.

If you can get a space up towards the pond or bottom as you come into the gates, you are close to the toilets - otherwise it is short (5ish mins) walk with kids. A lot of space, although it was busy on our night - so we had to pitch up next to some one - so an extra area would be good.

Wonderful little campsite, very peaceful and scenic. Really friendly and welcoming hosts, who couldn’t do enough. Pub down the road is lovely and worth a visit. A great place for a relaxing break!

We’ve camped a lot in the past but this was our first trip with our little fella, and safe to say it was a total success. The campsite was lovely with some stunning sunsets. It had a pub and play park 5 minutes walk away and the washing facilities on site were clean and well looked after. The campsite is within an easy drive to Whitstable, a brill little seaside town, where we spent a day and close to Faversham which was a nice market town. There was also a massive Aldi less then 10mins drive away to stock up on anything the on site shop didn’t have. The owners were very helpful and all in all it was the perfect little trip.

Fab friendly hardworking wardens & such a lovely campsite! We walked to Faversham, & when we returned later in the day we fired up the bbq & kept warm with the firepit, enjoyed the sunset & views of the cherry orchard. Toilets & showers were clean & water warm enough for me!. Appreciated the nearby field to walk dogs & the great pub within walking distance . Nothing not to like about Painters Farm, we would love to revisit!

Brilliant campsite, quiet and very well kept. Facilities are super clean and looked after and location great for day trips by foot, bike or even train. Karen and Simon are very helpful and lovely, made sure everyone is looked after and also gave great tips for activities. We’ll come back.

Brilliant little site and such a bargin to boot, site is well equipped and secure hard standing pitches.
Owners great and friendly.
Site is placed for good access to local tourist sites.
Definitely will return this year.
