Come and enjoy camping in the countryside in the Creuse. Our campsite offers four glamping tents, one off grid tent and three places where you can camp with your own caravan, camper or tent. The grounds are 14 acres, largely consisting of field, wildflowers, fruit trees and vegetable garden. We have created walking paths all over the site and beautiful seating areas where you can enjoy the view. A lovely swimming pond, playing field and play barn provide entertainment for the whole family. For example, there is a football field, badminton field and table tennis. For the smaller children there is a swing and various push bikes. We organize cozy bbq and campfire evenings. We had an absolutely fantastic stay on Caral’s campsite. Really relaxed atmosphere which was just what we were looking for. Pool was clean and inviting during the hot weather and food and drinks available were very good. We hope to stay again when in the area and would recommend to anyone looking to explore this area.

7 nights at Camping Du Bas Meygnaud
The campsite is set in a shady valley with plenty of shaded plots and some sunny ones too. There is a pool and children’s play area also a block of toilets, showers and washing facilities. Perfectly positioned for walkers, cyclists and site seers alike. Our dog was welcome too!

The tent was beautiful inside and the beds were so comfortable. We felt like we had absolutely everything we could need. Our children absolutely loved the pool and the chickens. It was a wonderful week!
