Our remote off grid property in the forest east of Eagle Lake is a great place to disconnect and decompress. The roadside Bunkie sleeps 2 comfortably and can accommodate a RV trailer or tent as well. Pets are welcome.
The property has a pit toilet, and campfires are allowed in the designated pit. There is also potable water in the bin with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. In the winter water would have to be stored inside. Linen not provided.
You’ll wake up surrounded by trees and can explore the great hiking, nature viewing, atv trails and boating in the summer months. In the winter enjoy glaming in the propane heated bunkie, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow machine trails at the door. Wildlife is all around. Several lakes and parks are nearby, including Mikisew Provincial Park on Eagle Lake, about 20 km south, where you can go boating, paddling, or swimming and Algonquin Provincial Park is close as well with many lakes and hiking trails. Some restaurants and stores can be found in the South River, about 20 km away.

Welcome to the beautiful and tranquil Northern Escape Campground located west of South River Ontario in the unorganized township of Parry Sound, Just a 5-minute drive from the Eagle Lake Narrows Beach and park, boat launch, and Country Store, as well as the Deer Lake boat launch. (Our Camp is not located in Burks falls ,it s near Mikisew park.
Our campground offers convenience and access to stunning natural surroundings.
While our campground is currently under construction, we have 2 sites available with hydro , water and sewer..1 site with water and 15 amps. 1 site with no service and 1 cabin with Washroom and kitchen .
Enjoy the serenity of our secluded campground and unwind by the main fire pit. Take a leisurely walk through the nearby bush, or explore the area on horseback with stables located nearby. Spend your days at the beach, indulge in delicious fries at the Narrows, and let your kids have fun at the park.
For those who enjoy golf, the Eagle Lake Golf Course is just a short 6-minute drive away.
We offer a fire pit, toys, and a sandpit for children to enjoy. play a game of horseshoe or enjoy playing dart outside . You can also embark on a small bush trail adventure for a touch of exploration.

Enjoy our off grid cabin on 5 acres of trails to a private lake and french river. You'll be passing fresh pasture with animals along the way. Lots of hiking trails looking at different plants, trees, beaver dam's. Or 3 min away and cool off for a swim, a little fishing, or venture on with quads to the french river.There is boating and golfing minutes from Noielville .

Cabin was nicely furnished and fit me, my husband, our large dog, and 8 month old son very well. Large mostly flat grassy area was perfect for the dog and the baby.
We saw Kevin when we arrived & he was very nice and helpful. After that, we didn’t see a single person for the 3 days we were there.
Saying hi to rusty on the way to the lake was cute and made me laugh. Not a very groomed trail, was nice and easy enough but definitely tripping hazards for anyone with any mobility issues. There is also a large step up into the cabin so bring a sturdy stool if you’re coming with youngins or others who may have a hard time with that.
Fire pit came with racks was great for cooking and keeping warm late at night.
We had a great time in this private off grid cabin, would definitely come back another time !

Amazing spot! There were way more things available than mentioned on the site. It was peaceful, and we loved being able to walk about 30 minutes to reach a beautiful lake for swimming. Super comfy and perfect for luxury-style camping. We also loved having warm muffins and fresh eggs every morning — and the hosts were incredibly kind

14 nights at NORTHERN ESCAPE CAMPGROUND
I would recommend this cabin to anyone who loves being in the bush. It is very peaceful and relaxing. This cute little cabin is well equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating in every aspect. There was no issues finding this campground. There is a beach just minutes down the road at Eagle Lake Narrows. I will camp here again. I would highly recommend this property even for tent camping.

A beautiful spot with excellent accommodations. Michelle provided such a perfect spot, set up in a way that was easy for us to be comfortable and enjoy the nature around us. The area is gorgeous, and we enjoyed hiking trails in the area and sightseeing. There is also a town close by with everything you need.
I highly recommend.
