I love to cook and bake; in the early days canning on a 2 burner camp stove and cooking on the woodstove. Now I have a full-service kitchen completely stocked and supply homemade local meals to my guests. Some of my favourite things – include pooches, fishing, finding the story in animal tracks, identifying plants, berry picking, river boating, finding the perfect tree to fall for firewood, hard work, clean spaces and relaxing by an open fire.
