I bought my home on this 4 acre lot right down to the water in 2012. It has been some time that I’ve wanted to create a living space closer to the beach to enjoy. I finally accomplished that dream five years ago. I am opening it up to guests so that you too can enjoy this beautiful natural private beach and unique experience of the countryside where I live!

Just outside Blackville Village limits, far enough away to have all the nature you need but close enough to pop into the village for ice cream or drinks. We spot Bald Eagles, Geese, Ducks and Deer right in our backyard. And if that isn't enough we have a organic family farm so you can visit with chickens, pigs and cows.
Relax in the wood fire sauna and shower off in nature in the fun outdoor shower.
We have several groomed trails to hike, bike, snowshoe, and cross country ski down. A stocked pond to fish in, take out our little boat for a float or just stroll about and watch our resident beaver swimming around.
Town is a five minute drive and you will find a grocery store, ice cream stand, bank, gas station(with nb liquour) and even an awesome thrift shop just one town over in Renous. Venture around the village and you will find horseback riding, river tubing, bridge jumping into the Dungarvon River, and boating on the Miramichi with world class salmon fishing. The city of Miramichi is about a 30 minute drive and has lots of museums and fun things to do.

We’re located on 67 acres of towering pine, rustic spruce, and graceful birch trees. Surrounded by untouched Crown land, our property offers endless space to roam, explore, and connect with nature.
Starting July 11, 2025, we’ll be opening three rustic tent sites and one cozy glamping yurt for bookings. Whether you're looking for a back-to-basics camping experience or something a little more comfortable, we’ve got you covered.
On one side of the property, you’ll find wetlands perfect for quiet exploration—especially if you’re a bird lover. Keep an eye out (and ears open) for woodpeckers and butterflies fluttering by. Our land is also home to deer and moose, though they tend to stay hidden—you might just catch a glimpse or find signs of their passing.
And yes, nature comes with its fair share of bugs—deer flies, blackflies, and mosquitoes are part of the package. Don’t forget to pack bug spray and netting to keep the peace.

1 night at Ocean River RV Resort & Campground
The whole experience was really over the top wonderful. I arrived at 8:30 pm and the openers were there to meet me and welcoming me to their camp site. Registration was just a couple of minutes and was personally shown to my bunkie and introduced to its features. Excellent experience and wow what a good nights sleep in that exceptional queen bed.
Exceptional experience and hospitable owners,….. I cannot say enough. I give them and the bulkier 5 stars !
