We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery.  We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers.  Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views.  We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails. We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Site 1 - Glamp Tent
Glamping close to hot springs
Absolutely go here! I wanted to check out the hot springs in the area and I found Carrie’s spot just 15 minutes away. It was such a great stay and you can tell how much work has been put into creating it. Good things to note, there are places to use the toilet, wash your hands, and wash your body in warm water, the bed can be heated, there is a propane heater in the tent, electricity to charge phones is also available, common area has a microwave, all the animals are friendly and you will fall in love. The only thing I’d do differently if we stayed here again is bring shower flip flops since it is in a common area and you’re sharing the shower. Aside from that the shower was perfection and I wasn’t expecting the water to be warm or that there would even be towels provided! I’d most definitely stay here again!

The tent was beautiful. Carrie Ann turned on the heater before we checked in so we felt warm and cozy in a very cold night. There was a hot shower on site and towels provided. Worth every penny.

We loved wildland farms! My kids loved the pigs, dogs and kitty around the farm. The red barn has converted into a cute and comfy retreat.

Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens
The best stars!
We stayed in site 2 and loved that we had our own fire pit, picnic table, and bathrooms right next to us. The starts were amazing at night! We loved the space we had in our tent. There are 2 cute pigs that wander the property and let you scratch their neck, and 3 friendly dogs. Hosts were friendly, chatted, and quickly responded with any questions. We used it as base camp to go hiking at nearby national parks. I will definitely be back.

Bell Tent at Wildland Nursery
Nice safe spot
We loved our stay at Carrie Ann’s land! The tent was nice with a VERY comfortable bed and the grounds were sweet. The public spaces - kitchen and bathroom, were adequate for our needs - I recharged our phones while I took a shower. All in all it was comfortable- better than setting up our own tent - and felt very safe and wholesome. We would stay there again!

We loved our too-brief stay at Wildland Gardens. The tent was bright, spacious, and airy, and the bed super comfortable. Awesome night skies with the milky way arching overhead! It's a beautiful property, and Carrie has thought of so many details to make her guests feel comfortable and inspired.

great stay on the farm!
This was such a lovely stop on my way out to the West Coast. Friendly people, dogs, the cutest cabin, cukes straight from the field, and a nice little bonfire under bright stars--highly recommended!

Little Red Barn in the Garden
We had such a great time at this site! We stayed at the barn, which was lovely. The bed was super comfy, the decor was darling, and the outlets were super convenient. The instructions to get to the barn were very clear, which was great because we arrived when it was dark. We were treated in the morning by the nicest dogs. Carrie even took the time and care to show us the piglets before we left in the morning. Such a great time! Would gladly come back :)

Glamping in Utah
What a great introduction into glamping. We were on a cross-country roadtrip from Los Angeles to Maine and this was our first stop to rest. Due to the nature of our trip, we weren't able to fully enjoy the site and offerings but it provided everything we needed to rest, refresh, and recharge. The bed was comfortable and the site was conveniently located about 15 minutes from stores if you need any last minute necessities. The farm pets were friendly and the site was decently spaced out from the others (although within view and earshot) to provide sufficient privacy - not the best site if you're seeking seclusion, though. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We loved this spot! It was a great tent and it even had power to charge your devices. There was a propane heater if you get cold, extra blankets, and the furniture inside was a nice touch. We had fun watching the pigs run around. The hosts were welcoming and the fact that you have access to the heated shower and bathroom in the main house garage was awesome. The hosts even gave us some delicious cucumbers that were grown on the farm! Theres only 5 sites so if youre lucky enough to get one youll have a great time.

Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens
Overall, this place has potential but is lacking in some essential things. The cabin is cute, and the bed is comfortable. -The wifi did not work. -Layout was confusing. The listing says there is running water, bathrooms, water spigots but we were not able to find them. -bathrooms were port a potties and had no hand sanitizer, not what we were expecting. -Glassware in the cabin was dirty -Loose dogs on the property, one of which was a pitbull. If you are afraid of dogs this may not be a good spot. Overall, cute, but wish we'd gotten a campsite instead of this place. I expected better amenities from the listing.

Carrie Saved a Potential Disaster
Carrie Ann was a lifesaver!!! We pulled up to our reserved campsite just before dark after a long day of driving (and some traffic delays) only to be told by that host that camp was closed to new reservations because of a mud and simultaneous plumbing issue. Not what we wanted to hear after a 9 hr drive. Had our dog with us and all the motels and lodges in the nearest town were either booked or not dog friendly. I got on Hipcamp and tried to reserve Carrie Ann’s place (not expecting much) and she almost immediately accepted us at 8:45pm. We drove to our new campsite and us there was a comfortable tent waiting for us. They even left the lights on. Great spot!!!

Little Red Barn in the Garden
Little Red Barn
The little red barn was really sweet, and easy to roll into with kids. We arrived in the rain and I was grateful to have the full on "glamping" set up with a couch and bed set up with two kids and heavy rain. There is an electric water kettle. A good thing to know about this site is there is no shelter outside of the barn so the picnic table and fire pit are open. Just need to be prepared for rain and bring shelters if you want to be outside in the rain (especially with kids). Carrie was very communicative and took some last minute calls from us and it took a lot of stress off to be able to communicate with the host.
