Our campground is set up as a wilderness camping experience. Complete with flushing toilets and outdoor wash station, labeled garbage bin as we are a recyclable community. Quit, peaceful and a few minutes drive away to the beautiful Heather's Beach. 10 - 15 minutes away from local gas stations, grocery stores and farmers market. Each lot comes with picnic table and fire pit. Wood and Ice can be purchased from Registration Office.

Site #15 is a beautiful treed site, ideal for a tent or pop up hard top trailer. Comes with fire pit, picnic table and a place to park your car. Fairly close to porta potties, and wash station.

#5 is a fair sized grassy lot which is approximately 50' deep so you back a travel trailer in. Comes with a fire pit and picnic table. Because there is no sewer, power or power hook ups we have a common area which there are 2 portable toilets and a wash station. Kindling, fire wood and ice can be ordered and purchased at the registration office.

Site 3 is a corner lot with a picnic table, fire pit and trees for shade. There is a central location with porta potties and wash station. This lot has room for tents, hard top or travel trailer. No hook ups at this time. Ice and wood is available for purchase from check in office. There is also a recycle / garbage area set up away from the campers to prevent any wild life from interfering with our campers. Once you arrive, should you see a different camp site you would prefer, we will do our best to accommodate.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The owner met me when I arrived and showed me around the site. Quite and peaceful, would be happy to stay here again.

We loved out stay at Nan & Papa's campground. As soon as we booked the hosts made contact and welcomed us. When we arrived, check in was easy. The campground was spacious and had most amenities you could ask for! Highly recommend. Great prices for quality

I was only here 12 hours but wow. Peter & Karen are so kind and accommodating! Such a great set up, with lots of thoughtful touches and planning. Would definitely return. Bonus- skies are as amazing as the hosts!

An unexpectedly great spot! About 10 minutes off the highway, it was a perfect stopover coming back from Cape Breton. Scattered trees make the sites feel more private. Papa (Peter) thoughtfully came to check in after arriving, and to warn of an impending storm. They’re just starting up so it was still pretty quiet, but give it a shot!
